As well no formal email would start and sentence with so (it's bad grammar), in "reference from" should be in "reference to"

Also a email from Fuse would not be so personal and would never stat how they plan to correct the problem. It short form it would say "thank you for your concern, we are looking into the issue."

If someone at fuse sent this email they would be out of a job.
