I think Paramore is good. but I don't like their fans. a lot of them are fans like how people were "fans" of Green Day when American Idiot first came out. except... 90% of people who call themselves Green Day fans love all their music and are very dedicated to the band.. I bet Paramore's "fans" are nowhere NEAR as dedicated as we are. Plus, there are probably a lot less TRUE Paramore fans.

let me say something, who cares if green day wins. its not about the awards and it never will be. you can win over 100 awards in your career and you still suck. green day is great and they dont need no award to prove it. we all know green day is WAY BETTER than that paraband mainstream thing people call music. i realize green day is mainstream too but that the only mainstream band i'll listen too. awards are pointless. all the greatest band ever are rarely recognized by the idiot masses.

I think so too. I like Paramore's latest album, but that's it. I agree with you on the 'fan' part, Green Day fans seem to be more dedicated! And nice

couldnt agree more. It's just an award BUT i hate paramore..... them beating Green Day grates on me baaaaaad.

It's a pride thing. Green Day fans are so loyal and dedicated to their beloved band. We will never give up. We will do whatever it takes to make sure Green Day stays on top. They deserve every award in the world. You are right; winning awards doesn't prove you're good. But it proves how good your fans are.

Not necessarily, wining awards doesn't prove how good your fans are. there are many band that don't' win any or very few awards and they have a very loyal fan base. Most awards are handed out by record studio fatheads who don't know anything about music. This one has very poor choices to vote for, green day being the only good one.
