The Daughter of Rage and Love Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Everybody should just pitch in 1,000 votes! That should do it.(Even though, it's highly unlikely that everyone could to pitch in that many before this week's contest ends.)

Mistress.Kate Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Alright, I just sent a 2 line, pretty lame e-mail Everyone send Fuse an e-mail! Too many mails, they should read at least 1, hope they won't go to trash, tho.
Modern Zero. Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 We should say something like:We Green Day fans have reason to believe that Paramore fans have been cheating on the "Fuse Best of 2009" competition, by using a program that uses "Ghost mouse" that makes Auto clicking possible in the polls, which allows them to vote as many times as they wish without having to click on the "vote" button. At first, Paramore were originally ahead of Green Day by 2000 votes. In not even 2 minutes after this figure, Paramore's votes rose up 2000 more, and then 2000 more after that. Many Green Day fans have been voting non stop for hours, just by clicking the "vote" button countless times, and yet each time we do this, Paramore's votes rise up double the amount of time. We're not sure if you can do anything about this, if there is any way to detect that your site has this "Ghost mouse" program being used in your competition, but we are urging you all to keep on eye on the votes, because Paramore getting +6000 in less than 2 minutes does not seem probable. We are not 100% positive that this is going on, but we believe it to be a possibility. Meh.......? LMAO.

Valkin Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Heres mine i just sent off,"Hello,I’m writing this letter in complaint about how the voting is being handled involving the Green Day and Paramore affair. I and many, many others have concluded, speculated and have seen Paramore fans admit to using third party software to gain an extremely unfair advantage on the voting system. We believe to make the voting fair there should be some kind of third party detector to stop this exploit. We Green Day fans have also been accused of cheating but I assure you, we are not. If you feel the need to check, look on the Green Day Authority forum (http://www.greendaycommunity.org/Forum) and look into the discussion on the Fuse voting. You would clearly see that we are highly against the thought of cheating and are taking it upon ourselves to play it right and vote as intended. Yours Faithfully Connor James Brown"

saraHsunshine Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 To whom it may concern,I would like to discuss an issue that has recently been brought to my attention; the ability of certain fan bases to "cheat" while voting for their favorite video in the Fuse Best of 2009 contest. I am not sure if your website has a way of detecting "ghost mouse" programs which continuously vote by repeating mouse patterns but I would suggest that you look into this matter. It has become apparent to me that the Paramore fan base is using such devices to gain an unfair advantage. The reason I would make this accusation is that their votes seem to jump impossible amounts in a very small time. To ensure that none of the fan bases are cheating a measure needs to be taken. The fact that some people have been using these "ghost mouse" programs is unfair to the multitude of Green Day fans clicking "vote" by hand around the clock to attempt to catch up with these programs. It has been made clear on Green Day threads about the awards that Green Day's fan base is absolutely against cheating to attain the highest number of votes. One such thread can be found on the Green Day Authority's forum at http://www.greendaycommunity.org/Forum/ind...showtopic=74704 .Thank you for your time and I hope you look into this matter,Sarah T. RylandAlright I am off to bed - anyone is welcome to paste this into their emails. Good luck to you graveyard shift voters!!!
Salmonator. Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 *YAWN* I'm going to bed now, then school. So it's time to take the voting cap off.But when I'm back I'll be back to vote my ass off to china Goodnight! <3
