Nikki_Nimrod Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Lol, I really can't picture this happening. But if for some reason it does, I'd definitely give it a chance. Green Day's never let me down before, and i'm sure they'd find a way to make it really kick ass!
karma1215 Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 I think it would be great.... we'll obviously see the diversity in their music with this sort of collorboration.
-Billiejoezee- Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 who the fuck is kid cudi?oh he's the day n nite guy??oh my.
newsflash777 Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Yeah, and then like later they can like totally team up with Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift!
Jacob. Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Yeah, and then like later they can like totally team up with Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift!thats the plan
BIBARAGURORIA Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Yeah, and then like later they can like totally team up with Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift! They can collaborate with whoever the hell they want. All Kid Cudi said is that he wants to work with Green Day. Nothing is definite, and if they do end up working together...who knows? It might actually be good.Don't knock it 'til you've tried it.
-Billiejoezee- Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Yeah, and then like later they can like totally team up with Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift!Green day featuring the Jonas brothers.
Just Overjoyed Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Kid Cudi actually isn't as bad as his name sounds, some of his non-Day N Nite songs are pretty good, that is if you actually like Hip Hop.And Green Day has never released a song I haven't enjoyed, so I'm sure if this were to happen it would be a quality track. And for me personally, I've never found a rock/hip hop collaboration between two good artists that I've disliked.
-Billiejoezee- Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Anything that has Green day on or in it is hot.
Hermione Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 The closed-minded attitude to rap music on this site always amuses me.Well, I don't like Kid Cudi that much but he's alright. That's a nice compliment from him to Green Day though. Always good to know they have another fan. Kings Of Leon though? Yuck I see his good taste only goes so far!

But someone should explain to Green Day who Kid Cudi is

But someone should explain to Green Day who Kid Cudi is I'm sure that if they don't already know who Kid Cudi is, they would investigate it somewhat before agreeing to any sort of collaboration. They're not children.

Emmalee Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 I was been sarcastic on Kid Cudi popularity Oh sorry, I didn't pick that up. I'm a bit slow sometimes . Makes a bit more sense now haha. And I'm sorry if my reply sounded rude at all, it wasn't meant to!!
RobyRoom Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 I don't mind Sometimes my english puts me into some kind of misunderstanding
Guest Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 day and night dude?oh dear. I immediately thought of Billie's confusion with rappers from this...
Cunfuzzel Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 I really hope not. Kid Cudi isnt exactly their speed. It might be interesting but seriously, that day n nite song ... i didnt love that at all

FilmAdaptation Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Kid Cudi's album is much better than Green Day's release this year.

FilmAdaptation Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 One day you'll realize how terribly mediocre 21st CB was.
RobyRoom Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 One day you'll realize how terribly mediocre 21st CB was.I don't think so. I'm already thinking that 21CB is ridiculously underrated.I love how Green Day challenged themselves: sonically, vocally, and for what concerns arrangements and lyrics.I have not listened to Kid Cudi yet, I'm not on hip hop music, so I'm not capable of judging him.btw I truly respect your opinion My previous post was only an hysterical ranting, because so many people is so disaffected by Green Day, or by the forum, that shows up just to provoke, but I guess this is not your case.
