Even though it's off-topic, I'll help you. There's a site called GIF Ninja, and it makes GIF's up to 4 seconds long. If you take a video on Windows Movie Maker and shorten it to whatever clip you'd like to be your GIF, you can save the file, upload it on GIF Ninja, and there you go, there's your GIF. It's what I use to make mine.
