I'm not sure I can add anything to what Foxboro Hot Tubs already posted, but there are tons of pics from their live concerts in the Picture Vault. There are both B&W and color pics from some of the concerts.

It looks like Milan to me, there's something like an italian sign behind Billie and the architecture remind of Galleria vittorio Emanuele in Milan.

I bet it's from trl italy 2005

He has the same jacket.

We have thousands upon thousands of pictures of him but he's not eating on any picture ... weird, really weird...
