Geoff & Annabel are on the train up to Birmingham LG arena for the show at Green Day's gig tonight!and this is there last twitter message (1 hour 20 mins ago)
RobyRoom Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Oh wait... if the hosts are going to the arena they won't be on the studio... Let's wait and see
GREENDAVE Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Yeah.. you said it will probably be on podcast though, right? That'd be great should defo be on the podcast (biffy Clyro _ The Captain on Absolute radio at the mo.. loving that tune)
BuriedInAHole Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Oh wait... if the hosts are going to the arena they won't be on the studio... Let's wait and see You're right..But maybe they recorded the interview and play it then...
GREENDAVE Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Oh wait... if the hosts are going to the arena they won't be on the studio... Let's wait and see The Whole show is being done from the LG Arena....
BuriedInAHole Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 The Whole show is being done from the LG Arena....But will Green Day be interviewed??
gabbag Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 maybe we'll hear the soundcheckThat would be awesome! But I doubt it, but I am still excited for this interview
RobyRoom Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Technically they can broadcast the inteview from the arena . At first I supposed that the show would be live, but maybe it's gonna be recorded...
BuriedInAHole Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 That would be awesome, to hear the songs live, while they are played..but only half an hour?
Guest Charlotte. Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 I reckon it'll be a live interview pre-show..
BuriedInAHole Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 I don't know...a friend of mine said, only half an hour..but Green Day would never start playing a concert at 5 pm?
Guest Charlotte. Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 I don't know...a friend of mine said, only half an hour..but Green Day would never start playing a concert at 5 pm? I think the 5-8pm is the actual show that Geoff does on the radio and I think that that show will include an interview with Green Day (though I don't know how long that'll be)
Rae'n'shine Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 They usually don't come on until 9, so maybe they will be interviewed all 3 hours! I'm being way too optimistic and unrealistic here
BuriedInAHole Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 They usually don't come on until 9, so maybe they will be interviewed all 3 hours! I'm being way too optimistic here Oh well, I think so too..Hope they will come earlier and that it won't be so bad like the ,,interview'' with the Q Magazine
GREENDAVE Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Isnt it supposed to be from 5-8? The Geoff lloyd show is 5 - 8, and the website just says Green Day will be joining them on the Show..... (Green Day join Geoff Lloyd and the Hometime team in Birmingham as the multi-million selling band prepare for their concert at the LG Arena this evening) not sure if there on the whole show or just an interview.....
Guest Charlotte. Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 They usually don't come on until 9, so maybe they will be interviewed all 3 hours! I'm being way too optimistic here After the Q radio one i'm struggling to be optimistic about the length of a GD interview on radio at all I trust Absolute radio though (only because everyone else seems to) Seriously though, how amazing would it be if they did a 3 hour interview?! We can wish
Rae'n'shine Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Oh well, I think so too..Hope they will come earlier and that it won't be so bad like the ,,interview'' with the Q Magazine Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. That interview with Q was only like 5 minutes, so hopefully it's longer this time.
RobyRoom Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Oh God, here we go again!!! LOL How can radios alweays generate this massive confusion
BuriedInAHole Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 I can't really imagine, that they will give an interview for 3 hours...But it could be possible, that they give a little interview before the show and that they maybe play some live songs...OMG, how many times would Billie say ,,You Know'' in a 3 hours video
GREENDAVE Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 green day on absoluteseems to indicate there on the whole show ????? But Geoff wont let us down....
gabbag Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 green day on absoluteseems to indicate there on the whole show ????? But Geoff wont let us down.... That would be amazing, but I won't be home for all of it But I hope it is goodor that they pull a Q and put it on one day while I am home
