tvrman Posted October 22, 2009 Author Posted October 22, 2009 Thank god for parents.Tell me about it. tvrman
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 Thank god for parents. My parents didn't pay anything for me, not the tickets, not the merch, nothing (and now I'm afraid of looking what's on my bank account and especially what's not on it anymore xD)
Miss Hedgie Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 That's a lot for some paper , but, it's paper with Green Day on it I guess.Green Day paper...worth it...
Isabel Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 I was gonna buy a t-shirt in Dublin but they were all like €35. I thought "Ehhh, I don't carry around such wads of cash!"
Juliette Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 I wish I'd got something at the show I was at, afterwards there was still tons left and it wasn't busy at all but I was in such a daze haha.
04rebhop Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Does anyone know how much the tshirts were at the London show last night? It would be a great help if someone knows, as i need to know how much i am going to take.
Maddy. Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Shouldn't this be in the European Tour thread.Well they were 30 euro's in Holland. That's about .... no idea
*Jade_Green_Day* Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 My t-shirt cost me £20.Fingerless gloves £15That's all I bought, but prices are around that mark. You can get programmes which were either £10 or £15, wristbands, hoodies, a large selection of t-shirts etc.
Katarina. Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Thank god for parents.Lol, I had to pay for everything. But it's alright, I saved my money for Green Day, so it's all good The merch was a bit expensive, like €30 for a shirt. But I think it's worth the money for this time!
04rebhop Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 I bought 3 shirts and the tour program Wow i can't even afford one tshirt hehe. I still haven't cleaned the car to try and get the money for mine off my Dad, because of Birmingham's lovely weather! Rain for most of today grr!!I don't think I'll get the program. I just want the shirt with all the dates on, so i can wear it to college and be like "look where i was at half term!!!" and then go on and on and on about it.
jacknovella Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Just one thing I'm confused about: do all these t shirts have the tour dates on the back or is it just the one? If so, which one?
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 ^ There are a couple with the whole European leg of the tour on the back, and only one with the venue and date of only the gig you're at. You'll see it when you're there, they show the back and front of most shirts
naanbread Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 my wages are fosho going on merch. mum will not be pleased hahah.

I love being able to say I was there...

emmaILGD! Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 I got a special London shirt and a programme last night . £35 well spent.
TomDB Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 I got a special London shirt and a programme last night . £35 well spent.London Shirt = £20Programme = £10How did £35 happen ?!?
.katie. Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 I only had about £35 saved up.. so I bought a t-shirt at £25 and a wristband at £8 The merch was a bit expensive, but sure, it's worth it
susanananananaa Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 (and there are shirts for every single concert with the boys on the front, and gloria on the back. she sprays (like in the album booklet) the name of the city and the date.Yeah, those are gorgeous! I wanted one from Copenhagen but I was the last person to be attended at the merch table so the Small size t-shirts were all sold out and I couldn't get that one. So, if anyone wants that t-shirt, don't waste time looking at Tre riding a bike on the balconies and run straight to the merch area!
emmaILGD! Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 London Shirt = £20Programme = £10How did £35 happen ?!?Well that's what my Dad told me
Specs_101 Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 I bought the red long kiss Tee at the 02 was kinda shocked at the priced but felt that I needed the memento of the gig, I also bought the programme, I wanted to buy at hoodie but for £40 quid I think that was pushing it a little bit for me .
Welshy Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 I got a tour programme for £10 and the red t-shirt with the tour dates on the back and the 21st CB cover on the front for £20. I feel like an idiot cause at first I wanted the limited edition London t-shirt but when I asked they said they only had ones from the 23rd then I said I'll just have the red t-shirt but I was at both shows...Also when I went to line up to get my shirt I saw that guy from BIAB with that tall hair? The one who says that he didn't have a ticket to Milton Keynes but Billie Joe got him in anyway.
novacaine_kid Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 I point blank refused to pay £20 quid for a t-shirt that will be up on ebay for about £5 in a few weeks. A couple of the shirts were nice but they were also very limited on sizes.
gdkickarse Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 Oh man, looks like I'll be spending more on merch than on the tickets O_oI would love a hoodie - are they £49.99 on tour too? And a t-shirt, and a programme. What else do they sell? Ooh, also what are the sizes like? I haven't bought band tees/hoodies in a long time! What size should I get for size 12/14 womens?Medium hoodie and large tee?
