Tubbie Head Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Guys, I've seen so many comments about Chistian and Gloria being different actors from 21 Guns video..But I'm almost 100 % sure they are the same, plus in the "making of" pictures we saw that the actor that made Christian was there... And he was the same!! Look closely and you'll see they are the same ones xD

And it was also cool how those politicians kissed; I think that means that they are enemies for public, but when we don't see them, they are friends. And taking people to the TV was good too! I also liked the ending, singing "Oh dream, America dream" on the roof of building is cool .It was just great!

THEN Nixon threw the Baby!I thought it was awesome, there were some parts that toy'd with my brain, like the fetus inside Gloria and the Politicians kissing (2nd best part after Babygate '09).While overall I still think "21 Guns" is a slightly better video overall this destroys KYE and EJN (let's hope for a better EJN soon), but considering that "21 Guns" for me was on par w/ "Wake Me Up.." amongst their best videos.I think this is better than say 'Holiday' or 'Blvd...', it's just a superb video.And the thing it makes me feel most is anticipation... while before this I wasn't sure if 'American Eulogy' would make the best JOS-esque close-out single, but just imagine the sheer epicness of a follow-up to this (hopefully with a return to the bleeding flags of the AI video, I don't know why that image hasn't returned...)so let's all hope that doesn't fall by the wayside of great GD songs never flushed out as videos (Blood, Sex, & Booze; Stuart & The Ave.; Castaway)

Some parts were unexpected and I liked that aspect of it.

Nikki_Nimrod Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 BRILLIANT!I have to admit, at first i wasn't so sure about it (Just because it was so different from what I expected) but after a few watches, I'm in love. It has so much power and meaning to it, so many symbols, and the artwork is incredible! I love how it transitions into GD at the end too. Overall, i'm just really impressed, and completely blown away!
