GD was the classiest, most real and meaningful performance of the night... Tre's facial expressions were epic as always :lol: and I must say the missed note made me cringe a little but that song is really tough for billie's range to handle. usually live he has the audience sing some of those "21 guns"s but tonight he couldn't really do that... But overall I don't care about a missed note here and there, I still love him and GD :D

and on a side note... adam lambert's performance... holy fuck :lol:

They were nominated for Best Alt. Rock Group or something along those lines.

And yes, they won. They were up again Shinedown and Kings of Leon, of course they won.

Oh i liked their performance very much :wub: . Billie's voice sounded different, though. But i don't know, i saw it on tv... AMA's were too freaking boring! I just wanted to see their performance to turn tv off :pinch: , and after 3 hours of performances i could not care less of, they lighted up my night when they showed up. :happy:

well, I saw the performance(youtube), it wasn't bad, I think it was a little bit more along the lines of being disconnected from the crowd. Especially since rock/alternative wasn't really represented at the show, and yeah Billie messed up a little, he's only human 'nuff said :sleep:

Yeah, I did, too. I think the audience was a factor, and I'm sure they are just exhausted. Jet-lag and touring for so long has got to catch up at some time. They need this well-deserved rest coming up.

as for the 'Allah' thing, even my kids went silent, lol. Kait looked at me and just said in her most annoyed teenie voice, 'What?' I have to say too, Lada Gaga was fun to watch. :) I love watching my kids faces when she's on :lol:

Lol meh I was a fan back in 2008 but stop being one in 09, nothing she does impresses me anymore. She used to be so effortlessly fabulous, but now she tries to be shocking and its anything but. Plus the fact she hangs out with Perez that totally kills whatever respect I had for her.

What is it with everyone saying how exhausted and sick Billie looked? I thought he was a bit off at the EMAs - he really did look exhausted. But tonight? I don't see what everyone is talking about, he looked perfect. :happy:

I don't know about you all but I am so fucking proud that our guys were one of the only ones of the night to perform REAL music, and do it live.

I guess I'll have to reserve my judgement on the Lady Guh-Guh. Or, as I like to say, the Ugh-Ugh. (I just realized, no matter what way you say it...It still sounds sexual. Oh, woe is me. :P) Besides, I'm exausted. But GDC is just so damn addicting. Ah well. I may be tired, but at least I'm entertained.
