EJN - New single

Got a reply back. EJN will be released as a single in both the UK and the USA.

The rest of the world will get 21CB as a single. I assume videos are playing in both.

That's good, but I wish there was only one single out.

Lots of music video are just live clips. I for myself LOVE the East Jesus Nowhere live clip and I´d love to see it on nationl TV. I think if bands put out videos that show the bands live energy, it´s a great chance to present themselves as a live band to a wider audience. I mean, you mostly get to know how a band is live when you see them on stage or see a live dvd of them. So people who´ve never seen Green Day live (neither during a show in person nor on a dvd) will get an authentic image of how it is to see them live, how they are as a live band and how they completely cast a spell over their audience and what their greatest ability is. You probably get to know a band better by seeing a live clip rather than by seeing them standing in a room, playing their song with people around them nearly getting shot.

Because then they wouldn´t "present" a story or the statement of the song to people (I don´t know how to express my thought proberly right now), but let people decide how to interpret the song.

I don't see the big deal either, in today's day and age it's not as if we won't be able to see both videos and get both singles. Singles, really, are for people who don't really know much about the band, to get them to go out and buy the album, basically. I think the EJN clip is going to do well in regards for getting people excited for the UK tour.

2.Another music video is likely to be released for EJN because Idiot Club news stated that on thq 18th of october a new ejn video will premier Also their is live clip could well serve as as the official music video to getUK fans exited for the tour,meanwhile a video for 21CB is expected to be released soon.

This is weird but fantabulous. I'm sure both videos will be played everywhere, really.

I love hearing EJN on the tv and the video is amazing. I love the editing where it kind of takes one of the members of Green Day and well...whatever it does, haha.

But the bit with for the don't test me part is shit, to be quite honest. It's like something a ten year old would do on windows movie maker. It's such a little part though, it doesn't really matter.

Still I was kinda hoping for some sort of controversial video for it. Something to cause some uproar with...
