-Billiejoezee- Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 I thought it was :Green day Eats your parents..And I thought it was gonna be like :Green Day eats your parents brains
mad hatter. Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 I read this as Green Day eats your parents shirts. I got excited.
Rae'n'shine Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 Apparently we all can't read very well.
jenni Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 I'm looking for a pic online but I haven't found any. The picture is in black and white, he has a hat on backwards, and Green Day is at the top in the letters it was on Kerplunk, and the letters are red.I think on the back it says Tour 1990-1991. I could be wrong about the dates.oh it seems great! I don't understand why anybody didn't want to buy it!
billiejoe_affaire Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 I will have to go to Den Haag then. Yay, shopping FTW.Den Haar for those shirts? no way that's soo far away from me damn

Psycho Britney Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 I still really want the "Who the fuck is Tre Cool?" shirt. I was gonna get it at the store when it came out, but by the time I had the money, it was sold out. :/Hmm..I brought one of those when they had them-good job I got it when I did! I love it it, though I do wish they had made them in female sizes. The only thing is you've good to be a bit careful where you wear it-for example I coudln't wear it at me nan's!!

My grandma loves it when I wear that shirt.
Psycho Britney Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 ^Ha brillant! To be fair-one of my nan's would probably find it amusing, but my other certainly wouldn't!!
Harriet Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 That shirt is pretty ugly, but i still want it. Am I the only one who read the thread title correctly?
tomchitty Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 That "ate your parents" shirt is from the dookie era. I remember seeing it in stores when dookie came out...and that kerplunk tour 1991 seems like a bootleg? Kerplunk came out in 1992 so the date makes it seem silly. I think the shirt came out well after Kerplunk came out, no? I'm pretty sure back when they were on lookout they wouldn't make a shirt with just billie joe on the front. that wouldn't have been their style...
thisisAB Posted September 27, 2009 Posted September 27, 2009 Front:http://i358.photobucket.com/albums/oo30/Ju...rl/100_5987.jpgBack:http://i358.photobucket.com/albums/oo30/Ju...rl/100_5989.jpgI'd love this. The eat your parents shirt would be cool to have, but I wouldn't wear it, it's kinda stupid lol. I'm sure Green Day think that now too.
kazoo Posted September 27, 2009 Posted September 27, 2009 there's an amazing, single-operated used record shop by my house...they've got honestly everything minus AI and shenanigans. well not anymore...because i bought them all. teh heh. but they're all like $7 a piece. and i found dookie without a jewel case, just the CD and booklet, for $.99.....yes...seriously. and he's got an old school nimrod poster on the wall im giving serious though to asking if i can buy. teh heh and i also thought it sayed "green day ate your parents' shirt"hahaha.i really want an old GD shirt...all i have is a 21CB shirt. like everyone else. yufghwusoyfdhAQLDOHE. ebay is my haven <3 but everythings always XXXXXLLLL. what about the smaller girls???
Hanamay Posted September 27, 2009 Posted September 27, 2009 That shirt is pretty ugly, but i still want it. Am I the only one who read the thread title correctly? No your not, haha now I feel like I should have my eyes checked because it seems like we're the only ones who did read it correctly, must be something wrong... :LWicked shirt, I'm really after an old-skooool GD top.
Miss Hedgie Posted September 27, 2009 Posted September 27, 2009 That's quite cool actually. Especially if you collect gig shirts or just band shirts...

A cool shirt all the same.
Liam Posted November 25, 2010 Posted November 25, 2010 Any one know where I can get the "Who The Fuck Is Tre Cool" t-shirt.
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted November 25, 2010 Posted November 25, 2010 ^... next time you could go to the very much active and on the front page Green Day Merch thread, instead of bumping a year old thread? but, now that it's bumped already anyway... Edit: This post is my 911th 14 months later, 19,000 more posts...
green day is Posted November 27, 2010 Posted November 27, 2010 <!--quoteo(post=3265588:date=Sep 22 2009, 07:24 PM:name=MaddyOfSuburbia)--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (MaddyOfSuburbia @ Sep 22 2009, 07:24 PM) <a href="index.php?act=findpost&pid=3265588"><{POST_SNAPBACK}></a></div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->You can barely get any Green Day stuffs in Holland <img src="http://www.greendaycommunity.org/Forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/down.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="down.gif" /> I would love a "Who the fuck is Tre Cool?" shirt. I once put it in my personal message thing on MSN and this teenie I know was like. "OMFG!!11! You don't know who Tre Cool is?????" yeah, that was weird.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> I found a wallet a few days ago! <!--quoteo(post=3265761:date=Sep 22 2009, 08:32 PM:name=Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love)--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love @ Sep 22 2009, 08:32 PM) <a href="index.php?act=findpost&pid=3265761"><{POST_SNAPBACK}></a></div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->I found a wallet a few days ago!<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> Lucky! I can't figure out where this discussion came from. I have two AI shirts that still fit me after six years. One has army men on it, one has the flying heart-grenade. The theme of this thread was sort of "old GD shirts" but whatever.
