Hermione Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Wait, WHAT?? I've just looked through this thread and can make neither head nor tail of it. Is East Jesus Nowhere being released as well as 21st CB? And is that little live clip thing on greenday.com the video or will there be a proper one? I sincerely hope the latter (if it's being released at all). Ahh I will just wait and see I suppose.
Kaddi. Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Three words: Bring Sam back. One word: This. Wait, WHAT?? I've just looked through this thread and can make neither head nor tail of it. Sanity Loan Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Uhm yeah, I'd also like to know that, I'm kinda confused now.We all are... :/
Brian Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 threads like these make me very confused. What do i believe???
Marie_GD Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 It just released on MTV Brasil as Green Day's new video.
Kaddi. Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 It just released on MTV Brasil as Green Day's new video. What was released there? The EJN video from greenday.com?
Marie_GD Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 What was released there? The EJN video from greenday.com?Exactly
Kaddi. Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 ExactlyNow, that's weird. Yay for Green Day, because they always manage to confuse their fans
Sanity Loan Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 I'm going to make a guess right now21st Century Breakdown is going to be the 3rd single in the USA & Canada with the next single to follow (not EJN.... explained below)And East Jesus Nowhere is going to be the 3rd single everywhere else in the world with 21CB to followI believe that East Jesus Nowhere will not be released ever as a single in the USA & Canada due to the "offensive" lyrics that it has. And Billie Joe and company wont be willing to have the lyrics altered in any way even though it would still be an awesome single that would be very very successful even if altered. That is my two cents on the subject.

Kaddi. Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Indeed I hope you're right, although I would've also liked 21st CB as a single. But so what? You get a like professionally filmed music video and we get that live footage thingy? But compared to the last two videos, the live video might be the better option
Robin105 Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Why is everybody bashing the last 2 videos? I thought they were GREAT! I love all there videos.

Why is everybody bashing the last 2 videos? I thought they were GREAT! I love all there videos.I personally wasn't impressed with the KYE video.
Hermione Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 No proper video and no proper high profile release for East Jesus Nowhere sucks. It's a song that makes a big brave statement and it deserves to make a big brave impact as a single. Releasing it in such a low key, drippy way would be a total cop out. I really hope they don't do that.
Rae'n'shine Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 I hope EJN gets to be a single in the U.S. I can't wait to hear Fox News trying to deny that there is hypocrisy in religion.
Tubbie Head Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 It just released on MTV Brasil as Green Day's new video. What really? Have you seen it already?
Sanity Loan Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 What really? Have you seen it already? It was just the EJN video with the live clips....... nothing to get excited about
-Billiejoezee- Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 This is what I think...21st century will come out at the end of september with the video, then in october EJN will come out with the live video.Thats all that comes to my mind.
SlappyDJ1 Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 This is what I think...21st century will come out at the end of september with the videowake me up when that happens.
-Billiejoezee- Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 wake me up when that happens. Sure will.

No we aren't actually but they are an American band so of course they are going to make stuff available for their "people" first
farley drexel hatcher Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 Has anyone seen this on TV since? I wish Kerrang would just play music videos instead of always doing countdowns.
