saffy Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 For fuck sakes, I can only read so many of these idiot posts before I have to reply. It's NOT Warner!!! It's a regional legality. I'm in Canada and I can't view a lot of videos on US sites. You all are acting as if Warner is choosing not to allow international fans to view these videos. Are you mental? And calling them "racist"??? I can't even begin to tell you how much is wrong with that statement. Stop being emo-rons and get a god damn clue already!...great video. brix were shat after reading that
Juliette Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 That''s pretty awesome. Though I still dont get the "saving"people thing, he just shoves them over...

Fulano Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 nothin' speacial...but still a cool video.
GDM Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 That''s pretty awesome. Though I still dont get the "saving"people thing, he just shoves them over...In charismatic Christian churches, such as Pentacostal, Apostolic, certain Baptist churches, etc., a preacher or layperson who is filled with the "holy ghost" can cast out demons or help save people by laying hands on them. It's called "laying on of hands" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laying_on_of_handsI belonged to a Apostolic church as a kid and have seen these things first hand. It was always fascinating and scary! the "shoving" is supposed to actually be the power of the Holy Ghost surging through the preacher to the person being saved. Usually the person being saved then starts speaking in tongues and what not. But yes, Billie does basically shove them over... haha.
MascaraTears Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 that video is AWESOME. loooveee the editing and freezing and all that, although it must have been difficult to sync it with the song because the live version is so much faster than the studio version, lol. maybe it shouldn't be, but... this is really getting my hopes up for a DVD... :whistling:
JakeThompson Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 That video is totally awesome I love it!!By the way, where on greenday.com is it? I can't find it anywhere It's in the news section... http://greenday.com/site/news.php
GarinRichards Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 I really enjoyed it!Some peeps must be thinking that they wish they would've made a "real" music video since there is so many ways you can take it. But then again, their live performances are almost just as amazing!I can't wait for the 21CB vid!
Sanity Loan Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 I love the editing, makes me want to use movie maker more often You can't accomplish anything even remotely close to this using Movie Maker
AndrewW91 Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Wow. That video was pretty amazing. You can't accomplish anything even remotely close to this using Movie MakerTrue. Movie Maker is lame, but some people can really work it. And its good for beginning.Use Sony Vegas or Adobe Premier or something.

And its good for beginning.Use Sony Vegas or Adobe Premier or something.Indeed, Movie Maker is perfect for beginners, but after a while it becomes very restricting. I currently use Sony Vegas Pro 9. I'd say it's a pretty good "upgrade" from Movie Maker.

I love the "saving kids" montage.. but I noticed that also a man was saved?!? does anyone remember when this happened (which show)? I thought Billie always looked for little kids to be saved..I'm a little late to reply, but I'm proud to say that the grown man that was saved was at the Miami show on 8/4
