Kryssi. Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 Dankeshon! I didn't manage to get out today
Guest Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 Jakob was also included in a list of rock star kids who "will end up slamming their bedroom door when they realise their names are, quite frankly, a bit "unusual".", guess they ran out of really odd names and needed some fillers...
Kryssi. Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 To work at Kerrang *sigh*Thank you for the scans!
saffy Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 Jakob was also included in a list of rock star kids who "will end up slamming their bedroom door when they realise their names are, quite frankly, a bit "unusual".", guess they ran out of really odd names and needed some fillers...His second name is Danger, i don't think he was a filler Thank you for the scans!!
valentinesandcigs Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 they should just rename kerrang green day
Guest Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 His second name is Danger, i don't think he was a filler Thank you for the scans!!haha I know but compare that to zuma nesta rock rossdale and zeppelin houseman davis lol
JHyena86 Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 they should just rename kerrang green day Agreed. They are in it enough...I wish Kerrang was sold over here. I always pick up a few issues when I visit London in the summer (luckily both time's they've been GD issues), but I want more...American music magazines suck for the most part
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 Woo, thanks for the scans!
madswester Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 nice:D i like how they write about green day all the time:) all magasines should do that.
Marie_GD Posted September 17, 2009 Author Posted September 17, 2009 http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/rr135/cazzaaaaa/1-1.jpghttp://i477.photobucket.com/albums/rr135/cazzaaaaa/2-1.jpgJakob was also included in a list of rock star kids who "will end up slamming their bedroom door when they realise their names are, quite frankly, a bit "unusual".", guess they ran out of really odd names and needed some fillers... Thank you! I added the scans to the op!
04rebhop Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Kerrang are costing me a fortune! Oh well at least Muse were in it as well, so i can't complain. I can't remember a week where they haven't had Green Day in it lately.
thisisAB Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 I loved the big photo of the guys. They turned out amazing in it. Nice read too, good to know the setlist. I didn't get why Before the Lobotomy was on there twice though and one of them had Reprise in brackets in the song title.
Nikki_Nimrod Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Thanks for the scans! I love that photo. And damn, hearing about them bringing it to MSG or London got me so excited! I'd travel to go see this. I need to see it!
Ila Reto Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 woah, they even played "when it's time" and songs from 21stCB!!!im pratically in tears now because i know i'll never get to see this, just like HLAHG, the foxboro tour, and the 2009 tour. *sigh*
emmaILGD! Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 I got this yesterday, the song list is one of the most epic looking things I've seen in a while. They had better bring it to London
Moz Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Thanks for posting the scans! Yey, now I won't have to spend money on the mag! I love the main photo! I'm so glad Billie wants it brought to London... that's what i've been hoping from the moment i first heard about the musical.
Isabel Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Jakob was also included in a list of rock star kids who "will end up slamming their bedroom door when they realise their names are, quite frankly, a bit "unusual".", guess they ran out of really odd names and needed some fillers...I only saw that today and laughed because I really didn't think it was that unusual. Not compared to Bandit Lee Way, anyway.
thisisAB Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 I didn't get why Before the Lobotomy was on there twice though and one of them had Reprise in brackets in the song title.
minorityxdisturbed Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Thanks for that! Why there are song from 21st Century Breakdown's album? It's Amercian Idiot's musical
Welshy Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 I loved the big photo of the guys. They turned out amazing in it. Nice read too, good to know the setlist. I didn't get why Before the Lobotomy was on there twice though and one of them had Reprise in brackets in the song title. It means that it was brought up again. I don't know how cause I haven't seen the musical (and probaby won't unless it came to London!) but I read that BTL and Extraordinary Girl were like tied in together so maybe they did 'dreaming...I was only dreaming' bit at the beginning and end, I'm just guessing though. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reprise
Anja Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 I bought this issue today. Did anyone notice that Jakob has been mentioned on page 12 for having an "unusal" name?
