Lauren Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 I don't have anything rare, unless you count a pair of Tre's drumsticks (that was actually used by him) or four of Mike's picks as "rare".
Bexie. Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 I have the 39/smooth with laytonville address. the bootleg i know isnt rare, on orange vinyl Listen To Me Whine. And Dookie on pink vinyl, which isnt rare, but you dont see to many of them around.

kazoo Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 i dont know if its considered 'rare', but i have an original 1994 release of Dookie on cassette.
newsflash777 Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 I have Dookie with Ernie on it. Bought it at hastings and flipped it over when I was in the car and freaked out. haha. But I'm sure all of you here have that. And I have Green Day trivia cards and 2 car decals.
insomniaticnimrod Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 the only thing that might be rare is that i have a copy of Dookie without Ernie on the back..i dunno which is more rare, with or without Ernie lol
bass boy Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 all the dookie cds around here have ernie on them
Ila Reto Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Oh, there's loads of rare stuff in my collection, with many of the vinyls being among the rarest. None of the vinyls are in the picture below, and I didn't have the time to photograph everything. Among the items I think are rarest are:-Look For Love (Billie Joe 7")-Early pressings of early singles (on 7")-Hitchin' A Ride (CD single shaped as a cloud)-Blood, Sex & Booze (promo CD single)-Prosthetic Head (promo CD single)...and probably much more. I'll try to make a list and add more pictures later.*creams* it's official, between you and Sharron, i am immensly jealous.
Nimrod99 Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 I have a green day necklace that I've never seen anywhere else before. I also have all three of the ISH dolls (all still in their boxes), a few vinyls, the limited edition Warning CD, a limited edition interview CD (which is pretty fricken funny). The majority of my "rare" stuff is from my old tapes (I t hink the furthest they go back is to 1991, but the majority of the stuff is from 1995-now). Oh, and a bunch of old articles and a few old posters too. Oh, I have Live Freaky! Die Freaky! as well, but that's more of a "had to have it imported" thing and not necessarily a "rare" thing.
94th nimrod. Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 I have Dookie with Ernie on it. Bought it at hastings and flipped it over when I was in the car and freaked out. haha. But I'm sure all of you here have that. And I have Green Day trivia cards and 2 car decals. The Dookie with Ernie on it is the Dookie I see at the most... but anyway....
Greenday_Aussie Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 How rare is Tune In, Tokyo? I think thats the one people are always talking about. Ive seen heaps on Ebay (looked just a min ago) whats going on there?
Guest Shangri-La Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 How rare is Tune In, Tokyo? I think thats the one people are always talking about. Ive seen heaps on Ebay (looked just a min ago) whats going on there?not rare at all. anything you can find heaps of on the internet does not qualify it as rare.
Greenday_Aussie Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Huh...I swear Ive heard about some super rare Live EP around here..
Guest Shangri-La Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 sweet children ep?edit. oops. just realized you said live.
Greenday_Aussie Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Nah it was a live EP (CD) it was defiantly Tune In. People consider it rare because its only available (in stores) in Japan unless imported.
Guest Shangri-La Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 you can get tune in from ebay though.. i bought my copy from a record store in portland oregon.
Guest Shangri-La Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Ha!! Sorry! I still don't know what live ep you're talking about though if that helps
Greenday_Aussie Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Im only kidding Nah its was Tune In. Some people think its rare, oh well.
Guest Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 I fail at rareness, all I have is a bobd street sign and shit loads of old magazines with them in
BuriedInAHole Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 There are stuff dolls of Green Day..I think they were presented at the Grammy's 2006..I want them sooo bad!!!
Lauren Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Yeah, it's weird. I knew they took Ernie off, so I thought it was rare to have him on there. but no one I knows has it without Ernie except for me. 0_0

Insomniac1984 Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 I just have the "lookout version" of 1039/Smoothed (cassette) and Kerplunk! (CD) which are rare in my country (Chile). Also, I have a VHS version of The Bridge school show in 1999 (Both shows)
