Opezi Posted September 28, 2010 Posted September 28, 2010 They have all three on ebay but they are expensive ugh. thats too much money. i just wanna go back in time when i could walk into Spencers and they would be there for... what... $15? something like that </3
Chad is Rad Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 At Lollapalooza this year, Tre threw his drumstick into the crowd at the end of the show. I begged a guard to get it for me, and out of all the people he could've handed it to, he chose me. So I have the last drumstick that Tre threw into the crowd at Lollapalooza in my possession. He played some awesome songs with it, including Jesus of Suburbia! It feels like such a blessing to have it, it made up for the fact that I didn't get pulled onstage that night. And, it's either signed by Tre or it's just some mass produced signature. Either way, it's pretty awesome.

east cc nowhere Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 I'm pretty sure the new tour merch had Gildan tags. photo? i was wondering because i would have thought it would have warner on the back instead of lookout? here are some pictures sorry if they dont work i really have no idea what i am doing!! if anyone knows if it really is an old tour shirt i would love to know thanks
pasalaska Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 if anyone knows if it really is an old tour shirt i would love to know thanks I don't think it's a tour shirt - I have an Operation Ivy shirt with the same lookout logo on the back I just bought at Joynt Venture But it is sort of old, seeing as Lookout no longer own to rights to Kerplunk. I think the copyright 1992 just refers to when that shirt design was first produced, because I have those same tags on shirts Ive bought very recently. Plus, it's just so shiney and new looking.
porksoda Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 I want a Nimrod shirt more than life itself. One with just the Nimrod stamp. I think I've seen Tre where it in some of the older photos. I'm so glad I have the action figure 3-pack though. It's like my prized possession.

Except mine is black I've only come across one other person who has it and that person also comes from New Zealand so I'm thinking that maybe they were only printed in Australia/New Zealand.
jordanguitar10 Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 I have a Green Day pen. It says "I Heart (Grenade) GD" or "I <3' GD"
Zalex Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 there was a hoodie at hot topic ages ago with the bomb from holiday on it back in 2005. i was too cheap to get it even when it went on sale and by the time i had money it was gone... from everywhere. I CANT EVEN FIND IT ON THE EFFING INTERNET.
Vaso.Of.Suburbia Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 Unfortunately I haven't any rare stuff. The only Green Day related stuff that my friends say that are rare is that keychain a copy of Dookie with the green case and ernie on the back, BOBD single and 21 guns single. I wish I had more
oda Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 I don't know if i can consider this rare or not, but i found it on a random sidewalk in Oslo months after the concert. I literally stepped on it, and was like "omfg it's a green day poster!". It migt be really rare in a few years. And i love how it's completely beat up. gives it the grean day look. It's my special treasure
Gwen Stacy Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 I've gotten to go on stage with them! thats rare! lol I don't think I have anything Green Day thats too rare... I got dookie with ernie on the back, and i got some green day glasses (cups) that I've never seen anywhere, and i got an old green day poster promoting an concert back in 94, which i thought was rare, but i guess it turns out its not. Kansas City concert! Hell yeah. You were awesome btw. After the show my dad and I went up over by the roadies and asked if we could have anything. We got the pyro cues list and a drumstick Thank you dad. Anyway, I have an ernie Dookie from the '94 tour that's signed on the cover by all the guys and the CD itself is signed again by Billie. Thank you dad... And the day of the Denver concert (Cigs and Vals ) my family and I were at a BBQ joint and my dad ripped the local concert poster off the wall. Don't know how rare that is but pretty cool. ...thanks dad...
pasalaska Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 Not quite GD, but I have 2 Lookouts 7 inches. I love the Lookouts
Leisha-LUNA Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 mmmmmvest. Sorry, I'm in a vestive mood.
Zalex Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 asjkdhfa was it necessary to have these pictures uploaded at 1200x1600 you are aware there is a resize button on imageshack
Insomniac186 Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 First off, apparently when 39/Smooth was first pressed it was released on vinyl AND cassette tape. I have seen pleanty of copies of 1039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours on cassette, but NEVER 39/Smooth . . can anyone confim that this even exists? Yes, this does exist. I remember seeing one on eBay several years ago. The seller said it was given to him when he interviewed the band for either a school newspaper or some zine. He said the band told him that they would never sign to a major label, lol. I don't remember how much it sold for but it was more than what I had at the time, I think I was still in high school, so 2004 or before. I'll have to post my collection later when I have time...
eautiger Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 I have a vintage Kerplunk tour flyer. Might even be the tour before. $7 ticket price. Still trying to find a value for it.
fadi_7 Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 well i wanted a lot of things for green day but the most thing i wanted is a live concert lol
eautiger Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 well i wanted a lot of things for green day but the most thing i wanted is a live concert lol Dude, only about 400 people at the show. It rocked. Been a fan since, no one had heard of them.
Queen Liz Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 Even though it's not really rare, I have the Dookie CD with "elmo" on the back cover. What's weird about it is that I bought that in a normal music store...
