It was filmed like 2.5 weeks ago so I would think that the video should be coming out soon. We don't even know a release date for the 21CB single yet..

So, it's going to be a single, and then EJN comes out of left field. There's no date for 21CB yet, but EJN has one, so I'm starting to wonder that EJN may come out first, followed by 21CB, but that's just a thought.
