Remember when the rumors began to surface about AI being a movie? Now look, it's a stage musical that's probably totally awesome and I really wanna see it, lol. I think it's better that it's a stage show rather than a movie, the music was much more theatrical than cinematic. 21CB on the other hand... now I can totally see that as a film. If that ends up being the case.. I will go to the ends of the Earth to play Christian.

I don't really want them to make a movie out of it. I mean, I think making a movie out of it would work, and I would support it and probably love it, but I'd rather it not happen. They said they were going to make AI a movie, but Billie said it fell through the cracks, and I think the same thing would happen is they tried it for 21CB. The guys are so busy, I don't think they have time to make a movie.I'm totally open to them making a musical out of it, though. That doesn't take as long, and it's not as time-consuming as making a film. And I just think a musical is more interesting than a movie. And from the reviews we've gotten on the AI musical, it seems like the guys are doing something right. They could even make it, like, a part 2 to AI. Like, make Christian and Gloria friends with Johnny or something. They could be clever and connect everything. I don't know, it just sounds interesting But I don't know if Green Day would want to make another musical from another album, or if the AI musical was a one time thing. 21CB doesn't really have a thorough storyline, but AI's wasn't really either and they made shit up with Will and Heather and such. Maybe they could do the same for 21CB.I'm not saying it will or should happen, but I think it would be pretty spiffy if it did.

I think it could make for a good stage show too, but AI is already filling that role, and quite well I'd say. So yeah, the album alone definitely speaks for itself, but it does have movie potential. Especially for it being "in the now" if that makes sense. As long as Michael Bay didn't direct it, lol. There is such a thing as too much SFX. When your film needs explosions every 3 scenes, then the story is just not that great, lol.

Lots of artists perform on talk shows well after the album release. But hey, whenever we get the video, I'll be happy!
