Haha. No, I was messing with him. Swedish people and Norwegians do that a lot.

Oh I know... and let's not even talk about Finland.... :)

I have read histories a bit of the area, have never been, though.

I think it's really cool that you posted this. You lost faith in the band for a little while, but came back to them (which is the important thing). :)

I think a lot of people are afraid to admit when they lose faith in their favorite band, even it's for only a short while, because they think it makes them less of a fan, which is absolutely false. Stuff happens, and you can't help how you feel. Kudos to you for admitting how you were feeling and realizing that maybe you jumped the gun feeling the way you did.

The guys put everything they have into performing. It's so obvious when you watch them that they are just having so much fun and are so in love with what they do. It's quite a sight to see. Perhaps I'm biased, but I think they have the best showmanship of the current rock bands today. They really just go all-out with full energy for 2 and a half hours, and I think it's incredible. I went to two shows this past summer, and I can safely say that they were the best two nights of my life. I felt very lucky to have been able to see them. I promise you will NOT be disappointed come October! Have fun!

This! couldn't have said it any better myself :D

WHOA. :o I'd never heard anything about this show before, but wow, sounds absolutely EPIC!

I wasn't exactly a fan during the AI tour but when the new album came out i was scared that they had changed TOO much. after i heard know your enemy i was ready to dismiss the album as mainstream garbage. I feel bad for that because really Know Your Enemy is, in my opinion, the worst song on the album but it still rocks out! maybe i was just afraid that i had lost my band, but nope! they're still Green Day. :) i won't be seeing them this tour because...well I can't afford it. but i am determined to see them eventually. :D

so sorry Green Day for having doubt, and thank you for all the great music
