ETA: So I found this video from the Giants Stadium show, and at around 2:18 you see Mike do a jump, then land, start to run then skid to a halt and (very gingerly) walk back to his mike stand. And when Billie takes off, the camera follows him, but when it goes back to the stage Mike's gone. He comes running back from off-stage a few seconds later.

...how did we get from Mike's laugh to feces in only a few posts? I am ashamed of myself. If my mother knew what I was doing!
