I waited about 8 hours for Birmingham. Would have qued longer to make sure i was at the front if i could but i had to get up at 6am as it was to travel to the venue and then it was an 8 hour once i got there. It was a pretty sleeepless night anyway as i was too excited and just wanted to get going to get my place in the que. I was on the barrier anyway so it was all good. The wait was worth it - i'd do it again.

So for 3 shows I queued for 30 hours :lol:

I didn't have to queue for the first night in Manchester because I only bought a ticket 15 mins before Prima Donna went on.

I've always gotten to the shows like 10 hours early. Its the best way to get good seats (Standing spots). LOL

I went to my first GD concert in Birmingham last week and now I'm going to try and get tickets in Birmingham.

So if I want to get to the front will I be able to walk through people to get near the front or will I have to queue up hours before to get in?

At the sweden show I waited outside the arena för 65 hours, three days and two nights. No, I'm not kidding. We were like 20 people the first night and 35 the second. But I was number one and get the greatest spot. It was so worth it, we had alot of fun

12 hours before the doors opened / 15 hours before the show started :)

Well, if I wasn't in school the times I went to see My Chemical Romance, I would have definitely waited for 12+ hours but that's now the case so;

The longest I've ever waited was almost 9 hours for Green Day, in the middle of August, Texas heat. Needless to say, I was soaked by the time I got to the floor. :P

I queued for 7 hours before Manchester, which was well worth it as I got pulled up on stage! But queuing for ages is such good fun, there's always really good banter with the other fans :D

approximately 6 hours til the door opened... despite the fact that I forgot to take water and whatever kind of stuff to munch on, it was worth every single minute...got the first row, and nearly the middle

but for wembley I'm definitely gonna queu longer...or camp, actually :D

around 7hours for Green Day. If i didnt have to take the train to get to milan I would have arrived to the arena way earlier.

I think the most I've waited.... Actually.. I can't remember. Manchester was probably the longest I was in line for.. and I STILL didn't get barrier spot. Fucking idiots running :/

It didn't seem like it at all but I suppose my sister and I actually waited for the Foxies gig for over 12 hours.

Got there at midday and waited 2 nerve wrecking hours with no idea what was going on, then they opened the doors and we got our wristbands. But we weren't allowed to queue until about 10.00pm so we waited in a pub (which was called The Famous Cock :woot:) over the road from the venue all day. Not a bad way to pass the time.

I waited for more than 10 hours in Vienna. but it was useless cause if I were there just 10 minutes before the door opened I would have also gotten in the first row ... but did I say it was useless?

Not at all! It was freezing cold. we also had rain sometimes. I've never frozen soo much. It was horrible. But I don't regret any second. The waiting just belongs to a concert in my opinion. and I saw the stage trucks coming and stuff and above all I met amazing people from GDC :D We had sooo much fun!! it was just unbelievable awesome!! people from all around europe at one place, all crazy about green day .. :wub: I loved it!
