Actually, I'll say I thought that was an extremely strong list, with alot of very good albums in about the right places. A decent enough mix of Rock and Metal. They were all albums that have gone on to be some form of landmark in the musical world. They don' need to be the best, or else Puzzle by Biffy Clyro would be at the top, but they do have to have some form of significance in the grand scheme of things, and the top 10 at least all have an element of that.

American Idiot was pretty much the biggest album on the list. It makes sense it was at the top. Iowa was the first heavy metal album to hit No 1 on the UK charts, so it makes sense that was high up. TOYPAJ pretty much encapsulates Blink's sound, and they have been one of the bigger acts of the decade...makes sense that album was high up etc....

That list is ridiculous but it is Kerrang!, so we shouldn't expect much! :rolleyes:

Still I'm glad American Idiot got the top spot. That's where it should be.

American Idiot completely changed my life.

I think 21st Century Breakdown should have been way higher up...(in joint 1st or in 2nd place)

and where the fuck is Warning?

I hate the way the media always over-states the whole Warning was a flop, etc and the whole masturbation thing...It's just such bad journalism (or people just being dumb, I'm not sure which..hmmm)..

and I agree, use a different fucking photograph!

wow, the list is actually accurate. although i don't see why '21CBT' is on it, but that's cool.

i'm glad that Absolution by Muse was number two. American Idiot definitely deserved to be on the list.

Wha? We're talking about sales. After the first burst an album rarely ever goes over, so doubling the number of copies of American Idiot sold would take a miracle. I'm not talking about the quality of the album, I'm talking about the likelihood of American Idiot going from quad-platinum to diamond.

There are are duzens of widespread music magazines and each one bears an opinion that they say is a people's choice.

So it really depends and my motto not to fall into scepticism as some people might say is that most things in life are to subjective,

and to form a solid, truthful opinion is a nearly impossible task. :unsure:

But to make a point., now on a more down to Earth level.

Of course American Idiot is better...(there I made a point happy?)

Now we can all kill each other by pie suffocation, and don't ask me how that one works I'm till trying to find out...

Funny thing about it is...I really don't feel like listening to AI and I'm sure most people right now don't.

It's like eatting to much syrup with your pancakes. As long as you don't put to much syrup on them your fine.

If you do you'll get sick of pancakes and won't be able to eat them for a while.

In the 21stCB aftermath, most people will reagree that AI is one of the best albuns ever engendered by GD.

(Dookie, Oh DOOKIE! don't you just love ome dookie in the morning? Rumor has it it goes kerplunk in the toilet)

And everyone will live in the land of milk and cookies listening to AI untill the end of times, of Armagedon whatever comes first -.-'
