I'll DVR it, even though I'll also be watching it live. That way I'll be able to keep it.

The only things on my DVR box that I save are Green day related. They currently take up a good 35-40% of it's memory space.

^I don't know. I assumed you could get tickets off of MTV's website, but I never looked into it. By now, they might be sold out, but I'm totally oblivious to the ticketing system. I haven't looked into it at all.

I've been seeing all these comments saying "they're gonna play this! they're gonna play that!" You guys, hate to burst the bubble but they're gonna do 21 guns cuz it's what they're nominated for and maybe 21st Century but I don't think so somehow. And Green Day is never really that exciting on tv. They thrive on playing live. In stadiums. I doubt they will even move really. I mean why would they? It's not like it's gonna be a room full of gd fans. And 21 guns is a slow ballad...

I don't know why but I don't think the whole Twilight thing is going to be a big problem. There are more Twilight fanatics then just little girls. There are a lot of highschool and college students - and even grown women that like Twilight too...Haha. Yes my mom read all the books and can't wait to see the new movie in November. But there are a lot of people who like Twilight and I just don't feel like people are going to vote for Paramore over and over just for the fact that they're on Twilight's soundtrack. That's kind of like saying a bunch of people are only going to vote for Green Day because they were on Transformers II soundtrack.

If anything, the people REALLY only care about Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner...

I've seen a few places mention Coldplay has a good chance to win... I don't really know what the Coldplay fanbase is like, but I don't picture them being the type to go online and vote. Like I said, I don't really know what the core age-range is or anything like that, for some reason I just don't think of Coldplay fans as the voting type.
