Actually, when I was at the afterparty, I don't think there were any Verizon people there. So he was probably telling you the truth.

And it's true the band doesn't always go to the afterparty. Tre came to ours but Billie and Mike didn't. And Tre apparently said (I didn't hear him but someone else did) "I don't usually come to these things but you guys were so fucking awesome tonight."
