I've always thought it was "breaking"... So now I had to listen the song again and it definitely sounds "lonely".

Haha I was listening to it again just now and I keep hearing either Breaking or Lonely... It sounds like a B AND an L every time -_- haha. It bugs me XD

I always thought it was breaking?

It's lonely. It says breaking in the booklet but they changed it by the time they actually recorded the song. I think the fact it says that in the booklet is the only reason for confusion over this because it SO CLEARLY says lonely if you listen to the song, there's really no question about it :D

Haha unfortunately it's not that "CLEAR" to me D: .. I honestly hear lonely sometimes but then other times I hear something completely different haha.

Well on GD Rock Band it says "lonely" in the lyrics for vocals...

I've personally always sayed "lazy" cause I think it rounds better and makes more sense, but I'm not sure what it actually is...

EDIT: After listening to it closely, I now also think it's "lonely"

it sounds like lazy to me

I laughed my ass off at that.

Same here.

I'm sticking to the lyrics book. Most probably, it should be breaking. Maybe i'll listen to it one more time.

i'm pretty certain it says lonely. loaded is a possibility which i didn't think of until today though.

annd in BIAB you can't tell cos the crowd sings "and your fuckin' looogbhagbvalbafbgabfg..."

It is definitly lonely. Im sure of it.

also in the lyric but it says that in the last chorus he says "Im slipping away to paradise" but for the life of me I KNOW he says tripping away.

Sorry to sound so over overzealous but it really always bugged me that the booklet was wrong.

but yes. he DEFINITELY says tripping. you can especially hear it on BIAB

billie always changes the lyrics too soooooo.

my opinion - there is not answer to this. :P

I sing "breaking". That's what it says in the ISH lyric book, but I always thought it didn't particularly make sense and that Billie sang something else

My friend thought it was "pervert"...

I always sing 'lonely'. I think that's right. Well actually I'm sure of it :)

And what? Tripping? I've never heard that. I just always sing 'slipping away to paradise'. I'll pay more attention to that part then, now I might hear different things, haha.
