Brian Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 I always thought it was "livid." But i know that i am wrong.
Another Urchin Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 After filtering out the guitars, I'm 99% sure it's lonely. With an added "yeahh" or something after. The clip. http://www.yousendit.com/download/Y1RyaXROOW5GR0VLSkE9PQThat works well (and should settle this). But hearing the guitars sound so weird creeped me out!
Starred Thoughts Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 I've always thought it was 'lonely'. I still think so.
Authority? Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 Well, I completely forgot about registering at this site but thought I better start posting.I always thought it was either 'loathing' or 'lonely', never heard breaking in there.
bjrules Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 I used to think that it was lazy, but after listening to it again I think its lonely.

GreenDay41 Posted July 17, 2009 Author Posted July 17, 2009 Haha thanks for all the answers, you guys. I wasn't sure if this was a legit question or not. I feel less of a fan for even having to ask XD haha.
Dookie93 Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 I lurked for like an hour and searched for this, and I couldn't find it anywhere on the forum. Though I wouldn't be surprised if it WAS already a thread. Sorry if I sound like a n00b haha but I had a question about Longview. Can someone please clarify to me what he says here:My mother says to get a jobBut she don't like the one she's gotWhen masturbation's lost it's funYou're fuckin' _______I've heard people say its: Lazy, Breakin', Loaded, Losin'... I dunno what the right lyric is, I figured someone here would. If this is already a thread I sincerely apologize & would love if someone would link me to the right one.Thx ! <3Really? There's a thread for this? If you own Dookie then read the booklet.
Deniz. Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 Really? There's a thread for this? If you own Dookie then read the booklet.have a look on what we posted
Nova-Caine Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 Haha thanks for all the answers, you guys. I wasn't sure if this was a legit question or not. I feel less of a fan for even having to ask XD haha.I don't know everything about this band nor do I want to know everything about this band, so don't worry there is no written code to being a GD fan.er maybe except knowing his name is spelt Billie not Billy
thisisAB Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 It's "lonely". I never noticed that it said breaking in the booklet, but the booklet's not always what's being sung (especially the older stuff).
Deniz. Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 er maybe except knowing his name is spelt Billie not Billy oh yeaaaaah xD. and to know that tre play the drums, not the bass :/
GreenDay41 Posted July 18, 2009 Author Posted July 18, 2009 Hahah well I knew those two things already so I guess I'm in the clear!Funny slight-off-topic story: Two nights ago at the GD concert in Hamilton I argued with this girl for half an hour in line whether it was IE or Y on Billie, and she kept insisting that it was "Y" so I took a poll by yelling out "Is Billie spelled IE or Y?" and like EVERYONE yelled out IE haha it was great.

Hermione Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 Someone can enjoy Green Day's music without knowing anything about the band members or how their names are spelled. Maybe she bought the new album and liked it so she went to see them live, good for her! Still amusing that she bothered arguing when she obviously didn't know though
deadair Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 Wasn't it Billie's mother's fault that his name was spelled that way? I thought I heard she was on so much pain meds (or something like that) that she misspelled his name on his birth certificate.
Hermione Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 ^Well it says that in that 'Green Day Bits' thing in the 1,039 SOSH booklet, it's a load of mostly untrue funny 'facts' about the band and I'm pretty sure it's just a joke . Billie's said in a couple of interviews he got the name because his mum's a big country music fan, sometimes people just happen to go for a more unusual spelling when they name their child.
