Actually when I was in marching band in high school and we were deciding what field shows we would go with for the season I think I do recall hearing about a Green Day field show being on the list of shows we could buy.

Thats sweeeeeeeeet! Our school did it my sophomore year...... :down: the band director made Hitler look sane. And he arranged it like crap. I'm the only one that could hear the Holiday tune. Everybody else just thought it was some random band piece.

that's pretty cool, i like it . i remember for our sixth grade graduation, the sixth graders in the orchestra were going to play during the ceremony, and my teacher was a big green day fan too, so we had a chance at playing good riddance, but instead we played pachebel's canon. worst part was is wasn't during the graduation ceremony, but the day they gave useless awards to random people.
