son Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 i like how no one has complained about the 35 dollar hats
Angela. Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 i like how no one has complained about the 35 dollar hats Good observation. I'm not that concerned about the hats, because I never wear them. So it doesn't affect me in any way.So, they sell shirts, hoodies, hats, and apparently posters, as well. Does anybody know what else they sell at the shows?
leacalifornia Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 Is it sad that I like the yellow one? I like the yellow one too!!I'd like a hoodie too... what do they look like??
Sharmellow Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 i like how no one has complained about the 35 dollar hatsI did, look a few posts above. It was $40 here.
fashionvictim86 Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 Bit of advice...if this is your first Green Day concert...dish out the money and get a shirt or SOMETHING. You'll regret it if you don't.

Rezurgam Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 Bit of advice...if this is your first Green Day concert...dish out the money and get a shirt or SOMETHING. You'll regret it if you don't.That is so true.

You'll regret it if you don't.I completely agree with that, theres no way anyone could go to their first Green Day show and not get a shirt

Hermione Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 I completely agree with that, theres no way anyone could go to their first Green Day show and not get a shirtI disagree! I'd never wear it. At those rip-off prices it's lucky I'm not interested in owning any Green Day or other band clothing.
Nova-Caine Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 I disagree! I'd never wear it.At those rip-off prices it's lucky I'm not interested in owning any Green Day or other band clothing.I am the same now, I used to buy loads of t-shirts when I was younger, I never went to a gig without buying a t-shirt but don't wear them any more. I do like hoodies so if I can afford I might buy one but have no interest in buying or wearing band t-shirts any more.Vinyl on the other hand
farley drexel hatcher Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 I'll be getting a shirt with the tour dates on it - if they have one, like a special London o2 one or something. If not, i'll see if they have that cartoony one and if not then i'll get a badge or something xD I want to bring something back but I won't bother buying shirts (and spending more) that I can get online any time. I have to have money on me for food and hotel that weekend so spending anymore than say, £25 on merch isn't something i'll be able to do, I don't think. So i'm hoping a shirt isn't anymore than that.
rudiecantfail Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 I still have my shirt from my first show, it shrank, faded and tore but it's still awesome. Definitely get something if it's your first show!
BadgerLALA Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 I really like the yellow one. Even my mum does. She said that 35 $ wasn't that bad for a shirt. She have paid 40$ for one once.
Krist Cool Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 Last night's show at the united center, they had a bigger merch store on the bottom floor, all types of t-shirts and shit but most were $25, they had a smaller merch store on the upper floor but everything cost $35, $40.

Christian'sInferno1 Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 I just went to the Detroit show and bought a couple shirts..How expensive!! I wanted the 85$ hoodie really bad but didn't have the money for it. Does anyone know a place online where you can buy current tour merch?? I checked on Ebay..nothin. Actually, if anyone is still going to a show, can you pick me up a sweatshirt and I will pay you through paypal!?!? Thanks a bunch.
