Jon Benjamin Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 NEITHER! See The Light or The Static Age (censor)
punkrockerlori Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 One that came to mind for me was Scattered that would be a good choiceBut honestly Good Riddance is an excellent choice!
Sharmellow Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 Good Riddance is overused and overplayed. I'd go with either Castaway or She's a Rebel.
watsername182 Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 I'd go for She's A Rebel.Good Riddance has been used way too many times. My sister is nearly ten years older than me and she had that song during her Formal/Prom, whatever you wanna call it.One that came to mind for me was Scattered that would be a good choiceBut honestly Good Riddance is an excellent choice!I was thinking Scattered as well.
RebelofSuburbia Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 As cliche as Good Riddance may be, it does fit these sort of things. But if you don't wanna go to cliche, I'd say She's a Rebel. It's a fun song and a little less 'all on my own' like Castaway is. She's a Rebel doesn't feel much like a goodbye song to me though.
Katarina. Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 I love Good Riddance and all but..For this.. Castaway FTW! If you want it to be a little cliché, choose TOYL. Do you want something fun and original, choose Castaway!
Drink Drank Punk Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 Castaway is my favorite of the four songs but Id have to go the cliché route and use good riddance. It's almost a tradition.
badwolf Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 She's a Rebel, she's a saint. She's the salt of the earth and she's dangerous. Definitely She's a Rebel. I'd say LNOE, but it's more of a romantic song between two people that are in love. So, unless you're in love with all your classmates, I wouldn't choose that.
Farah Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 castaway !i used that song for a slideshow of me and my bestfriends aswell!
Harriet Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 i like the idea of using scattered "reminds me of the times we shared" etc
GreenDay808 Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 good riddance, without a doubt. thats the song for those kinds of slideshows
