Mike is singing "Don't know where to go". Not sure about what Billie says at the end, though.

I think that's one of those times where he actually isn't saying anything, he just making random noises. I remember an interview where he was asked what he said at the end of Reject and he said it was nothing, just nonsense. I reckon it's the same with Hitchin A Ride.
