Hermione Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 My beautiful Green Day autographed guitar. http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g199/tay...08/100_6118.jpgSo fabulous, I think I would've wee'd myself if I was you! You'll have to tell us all about tonight too, an epic day indeed!
TheBullwinkle Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 and to whoever said about tre and sunglasses, im pretty sure he is hammered during these things, i recall someone smelling alcohol off of him during the nyc signing X]I can't blame him. If they do a meet and greet in my area, I'll probably be wasted, too; that's the only goddamn way you'll get me to talk to them without passing out.
musicasaweapon Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 Take a camera, and if you're lucky, maybe the Hot Topic out there will be less douchey than the LA one! Either way, it will be a day you'll always remember!Actually it isn't Hot Topic that isn't allowing cameras, it's Green Day's security that isn't.
amy_runs Posted July 11, 2009 Author Posted July 11, 2009 Actually it isn't Hot Topic that isn't allowing cameras, it's Green Day's security that isn't.Really?
Lauren Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 Actually it isn't Hot Topic that isn't allowing cameras, it's Green Day's security that isn't.wth... i really hate green day's security and warner. i highly doubt it's green day's fault.
Sharmellow Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 wth... i really hate green day's security and warner. i highly doubt it's green day's fault.Yeah, the members probably wouldn't give a shit about cameras during a meet and greet.
mary_x3 Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 i'm pretty sure tre was drinking beer at the nyc signing
*withoutadoubt* Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 Well, the no camera thing might be partly the band's idea to get everyone in and out of there as fast as possible. If they allowed cameras, it would take forever by the time everyone got a shot with each guy. I don't know you Taylor, but I have to say that your guitar is awesome!!! Congrats!!
norcalgreendayfan Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 I can't blame him. If they allowed cameras, it would take forever by the time everyone got a shot with each guy.You have a point there, and they're probably exhausted from the previous show. So they might just want to get it over with, sort of thing. Not that they seem like the type of guys, they seem pretty nice to their fans and all...If they did a signing in our area I'd probabaly be giddy and jumping for joy If they did, try and sneak me an autograph too, okay?
TatorNuts Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 I couldn't make it over to Hot Topic to see the guys, which pissed me off, but the show tonight was fucking amazing everyone. If you are heading to a future show, you'll love it. I promise. Woot!

Seeing Green Day live was the best moment of my young, 15 year old life.By the way, I hope more people will be sharing stories. I'd love to hear more.

*rach* Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 I had no idea about this meet in Greet in Fargo, I'm from a bit up north from that. and it baffles me how you diss north dakotan's and think their all hicks, that is NOT EVEN the case. Ya we rarely get good shows up here and we do we're lucky as hell because musicians think North Dakota, now who the fuck would want to go there...?Apparently Green Day
The Disappearing Boy Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 this is all pretty cool. that acoustic looks awesome too!!

If they allowed cameras, it would take forever by the time everyone got a shot with each guy.I'd say that's definitely the reason why. Everyone would be taking forever otherwise!
