Leisha-LUNA Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 I love the song I think that it should have been replaced with See the Light. That would have been a better song to end the album with. Thats my opinion though I agree with you there Maybe just because I like Lights Out a LOT more than I like See the Light, but yeah, it would have been great on the album. Haven't listened to it in a while actually...
Isabel Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 This song is just too perfect. I love absolutely everything about it. I remember the first time I heard it, I called up my friend and was like "Oh my God, you have to hear this new Green Day B side! It's just like, awwh listen to it! It'll blow your mind!" And she was like "Oh yeah, I might." I don't think she ever did.
theeulogy Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 I listen to the song not very often It always means a start of a new period in my life somehow I just dkn why.... Love the song!
YehItsRyan Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 I love it, it should have replaced See The Light and been the final track on the album and may have provided a better ending to the album as a whole.
Satan Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 I love the song I think that it should have been replaced with See the Light. That would have been a better song to end the album with. Thats my opinion though I think see the light is a pretty good conclusion to the album (even though i don't like the song very much), so i'm thinking what if lights out was just added to the album. before know your enemy maybe ^^ that would make for a strong start
BringMoreKnives Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 I've forgotten about this song for a while. Don't know how i forgot about it, 'cause it's fuckn' awesome
FiaKels Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 An excellent song on all accounts. One of my favorite new songs bass-wise. Damn, even their b-sides are incredible.
Whatsername1911 Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 I love love love this part: "Lights Out, I lost myself, in the space between heaven and hell." Billie's voice sounds so clean and flawless in this song...
FannyDefoe Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 I LOVE THIS SONG!! I fell in love when I heard the drums at the beginning....very very good! I hope they play it some day live!
Mykee Mexx Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Typical GD sound... not innovative, not new, not special... but catchy rocky-poppy rhythm and easy to remember. I like it.
TheGrouch33 Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 I like this song...but i think that Hearts collide is better...just in my opinion. Agreed! Hearts Collide all the waaaaaaaaaay
Mykee Mexx Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Agreed! Hearts Collide all the waaaaaaaaaay Where can I find this song...?
localinsomniac Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 One of my favorite B-sides, has the feel of 90s Green Day to it.
Sanket Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Anybody notice how Homecoming has the phrase 'private suicide' in it too?
Pat1308 Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Anybody notice how Homecoming has the phrase 'private suicide' in it too? Billie likes talking about suicide a lot.
