It's one of my favorites on the album.

The intro is so beautiful, and I like it how it bursts out into the fast part, and the fast part is aaawesome too.

This

There's a video of this song live and it is the most beautiful thing ever. The one with "hallelujah" at the beginning

What does the, 'weather the storm and don't look back on last November' line mean?

I think it means that Gloria conquers hardships (the storm) and shouldn't look back at the hard times (November).

At least that's what I think. I've never really given it that much thought.

I can;t understand why this doesn;t get played on tour. One of the best songs on the album.

I know, right? It's my favourite song from 21st CB and I think it deserves to be played more often.

I absolutely love this song, I've been listening to it a lot recently... it's so beautiful/soft... and then it's like a blast of energy... and lyrics wise I think it's amazing.

I love the verse "The fight of our lives been drawn to this undying love" the most.

I watch that video rather obsessively.

The "hallelujah" part makes my eyes water every time. Never gets old.

This is definitely my favorite song on the album. For the first few weeks that I had the album, I couldn't listen to this song without bursting into tears. Sometimes it still makes bawl.

My favorite line is "Don't lose your faith to your lost naivety."

And I agree, it's such a shame that they don't play this on tour. I was so disappointed when they didn't play it at either of the shows I saw them at this summer. Next time I think I might make a banner for it or something. I HAVE TO HEAR IT LIVE.

It might sound a bit random but this song reminds me of my nan, so much. She was in hospital at the time the album came out, and so i'd listen to this album on the bus to see her. Some of the lyrics reminded me of her then, in a strange way I can't really explain, like it reminds me of some of things she went through when she was younger. She passed away about two weeks after the album came out so the whole album reminds me of her, but this song especially. I don't know how i'd have reacted had they played this live.

That's sweet, and I don't think it's random. I'm sorry for your loss :(

Videos like this make me question why they don't perform this regularly.

That video is simply amazing! Moments like this create memories like this...awesome!

And I really love Viva La Gloria! It's one of the best songs of the album and I'd like to heard it live! It's heart-touching and tecnically I really like the first part on piano and the second on guitar with heavy distortion!

I listened to this song today for the first time in awhile and I'd forgotten how beautiful it is

They just used it as part of the Super Bowl pre-game show. I thought it was Letterbomb at first.

As to the "Don't lose your faith to your lost naivety." Perhaps he expects this Gloria to be a fundamentalist crusader of some kind that is going to burn away all the bad stuff with her torch held high. He must have lost the knowledge that he has to play his own part in fixing the world too. The world is full of people, it will take the majority of them to create world peace. One splash in the pool can create a tidal wave... as to whether that tidal wave is negative or positive depends on what the original splash was from... metaphorically speaking.

"Eternal Youth is a landscape of a lie" ... depends on what your perception of eternal youth is. He is so caught up in the physical that he's lost the mental/spiritual part of the world which is far more important.

This song is FULL of metaphors. Everything dealing with winter and autumn is all metaphors for something that he saw.

He wants to know where her undying love is but he does not love her.

Beautiful song.

Too bad that they don't play it live. Is it too emotional song to perform live? Referring to that Oakland filmed live performance. Seemed like BJA was in tears for a moment?
