TheCreativeJon Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 This should have been the first single!
FannyDefoe Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 at first I didn't know what to think of this song...I couldn't relate to it at all.. then I talked with my bro about it. he also plays guitar and pointed out how great the solo is and the more I started listening to it the more I liked it... the lyrics are so great and it is now one of my favourite songs of the album... and I can relate to it now
YehItsRyan Posted September 8, 2010 Posted September 8, 2010 I personally think this is one of Green Days most underrated songs, it is awesome live and a real good way to get the crowd going as an opening song.
undyingloveofgloria Posted September 9, 2010 Posted September 9, 2010 I think I prefer the demo now, particularly the line in the demo: There is a war that's inside my head.
Satan Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 The first time i heard the song, i really didn't care for it. But it got better and better every time i heard it, am i the only one?? Now this is one of my favorites off the album
charlatans&saints Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 this is one of my favorite songs on the album, and its one of the few that i have memorized enough to sing without music, when i run i sing it to myself and it keeps me going
Ilda_25 Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 I think I prefer the demo now, particularly the line in the demo: There is a war that's inside my head. Nice text I tried to do something like that. It's in the part "About me" in my profile.
21st century idiot Posted September 28, 2010 Posted September 28, 2010 Just downloaded "a quick one while he's away" love it, can't get enough of it
