This is awesome. I think it would make me really happy if I saw a Green Day graffiti somewhere.

i'm so going to the store, buy spray paint, and giant posterboard to make a stencil, and am going to go do one somewhere! (school, apartment wall, or some backalley)

Wauw.. that is so cool!

I haven't seen it in Rotterdam, but that's maybe just because I only travel a small part when I go to school.

Wait.. I remember seeing the cover on a bus. But that's it.

Now I feel something to buy a spray. Oh wait, that's no need.. My brother has them :D

I once sprayed Green Day on a wall.. But the next week it was painted over :(

is this even legal to do graffiti?

I do hope they are mindful of other people's graffitied walls, painting over them I mean, especially the arty, more permanent looking ones. But I do think they are nice. I've happened across a few websites that had other cool things too, particularly one of the Green Day "graffiti' lighting up St. Paul's Cathedral. I think this was on the news page at the Idiot Club?

Anyway, that's pretty damn ballsy! :)

Next time, aim for the White House... Maybe Parliament? Red Square? The Vatican! The headquarters of Scientology! It'll be like the Batman symbol or something... haha, wouldn't that be a hoot?

or not...

anyway, i don't think i've seen any street art here in nyc, though some of those photos look like they could be in NYC.

Even though I do think it's all way over the top... I think it's fucking awesome the way they're doing it.

You mean that last stuff? No, that's the original stuff. But everything else, yeah, probably, or WB's PR people. :)
