TheBullwinkle Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 You do. I really like your work. I'd LOVE to see more of it. I remember hearing once about a piece of french toast taken a bite out of by a backstreet boy being sold on ebay for thousands. Ebay people are scum-bags, but a lot of the people who shop on there are total morons. They get what they deserve.I shop on eBay. Dude, I gotta buy this shit. I have no Green Day T-shirts and I had like no money on me that night at the Fox.Same here, I borrowed dough from mah mammy. But I'm a little pissed that they're selling the Fox shirts online. :/
Zalex Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 wtf i paid 40 at bowery... but its the best 40 dollars (besides the tickets of course) i've ever spent
OliDayyy Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 Well, for the prices, I don't think it's the band itself that chooses... I've already like 4 tshirts from the American Idiot era, but for the most part they're too small for me now! So I need new ones, even if I've already the one with the 21stcb cover.
GreenDayGummyBear Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 35 fuckin dollars?!that better not be representitive of what merch costs are going to be like on the tour.....for a bunch of guys that still being a punk band "is ground zero" for them....50 dollar tickets and 35 dollar t shirts aint exactly punk rock....i mean, im damn near 30 and i can barely afford this tour already. i cant imagine a 14 year old fan trying to scrape up enough money....ehem, im a 14 year old going to a gd concert. but yes, i only had money for the ticket. im resaving right now for merch. green day cleaned out my entire savings.
Mommy's Little Nightmare Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 Dude... I was looking at the other stuff, and $50 for a fucking hoodie? I love you Green Day, but kiss my ass.
siryn Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 that was fast! i checked like an hour ago and it was $40.. but concert tee's are really expensive in general. i think they make more money (relatively) on merch than on tixIt costs only 15$ now.
*Whatsername-is a-ReBeL* Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 I was going to wait for the iTunes shirt to become available to the public on the UK store, but that Stencil City one is fucking AWESOME! It would be cheesy wearing a specific show shirt though, its not like I went to that show Still, I may have to buy this.yeah i was checking out those tee's....anyways..i love it too even though it was for that specific concert....and i actually don't mind wearing guy's tees cuz what the hell? they fit just the same.. but i think the back is the best part! the girl writing in spray paint
