Rita Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 I'm not sure if Billie was being serious but that would be epic.
gdpunk2 Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 If that is true, its a damn good job im not at college the next morning That would be a killer trying to get up for that
iLozza! Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 I hope he wasn't joking. Even if I am partially deaf for the next few days, I wouldn't mind that.4 Hours? I like.
Mrs. Nobody Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 lawl, what time would i be getting home? (possible 4 hour drive, and school the next day)eh, not complaining : D 2hour shows fly by for me, so 4hours would be perfect
Sister of Grace Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Now that would be seriously EPIC.Yes EPIC is the word
.Brian Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 i think he also said so in the einslive interview *goes to einslive.de*i found what i was looking for but i was wrong 1LIVE: Was erwartet uns bei den Konzerten?Billie Joe Armstrong: Das komplette neue Album – und jede Menge alte Songs. Was locker zweieinhalb, drei Stunden dauern dürfte.1LIVE: What do we have to expect from the concerts?Billie Joe Armstrong: The whole new album - and lots of old songs. That will last 2.5 - 3 hours.(sorry for my bad translation )
Nobody_Likes_You Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 ^he said 2 and a half to 3 hours there i think. I hope he meant the European and not only the UK tour.Would be epic, really, but i think they will play up to 2 and a half hours max. They would be exhausted every evening.
norcalgreendayfan Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 lawl, what time would i be getting home? (possible 4 hour drive, and school the next day)eh, not complaining : D 2hour shows fly by for me, so 4hours would be perfect Well you can call in sick the next day to school

They would be exhausted every evening.i think, what he said in the 1live interview (2.5 - 3 hours) seems to be more realistic than 4 hours.the security told me, it depends on their mood. if they are in good mood they play up to 4 hours, if they aren't they finish after about 1.5 hours. that's what i was told.
punkfunkdisco Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Man, I'm getting old. I can't keep going for 4 hours! Glad I got seating now Surely they couldn't do that for such a long tour? They'd...die.
norcalgreendayfan Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 4 hours is waaayyy too long. Not for a green day show its not, but for the guys than yea it could be a bit too much for them

greendaytone Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 I'll be really happy to see them play the whole of the new album. Not sure they'll do it every night, but here and there like they did with AI. Might have to be lucky!
.Brian Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 4 hours is waaayyy too long.how could a green day show last too long?
Milo Goes To Pasalacqua Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Four hours? What if i need a toilet break? Ha fuck it, it's a GD show, i can hold it, or if i can't, i'll risk getting done for public urination.
