chewychorizo Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 True it could be someone like Kings of LeonKings of Leon are amazing, Green Day would be lucky to have 'em.
norcalgreendayfan Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 Kings of Leon are amazing, Green Day would be lucky to have 'em.I find fingernails scratching along a chalk board better sounding than Kings of Leon but doesnt help radio stations killed both Kings of Leon songs that are on the air in about half a day
MusicalDeviant Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 The Bravery will hit the road with Green Day from July 3rd - July 25th.And the end of the world is nigh.Seriously, there is NO god. This is proof. Ugh!Talk about a triple let down.Talk about a triple let down. This is the BIGGEST let down of them all.
Peace and Rainbows Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 And the end of the world is nigh.Seriously, there is NO god. This is proof. Ugh!This is the BIGGEST let down of them all.yeah, at least there's franz ferdinand,
Hellcat Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 Fingers crossed Australia gets The Living End.Would go crazy if The Gaslight Anthem got support slot.I have always said they would be a good opener for Green Day
Sharmellow Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 Fuck, that sucks.Hopefully their songs will sound better live or at least are good at live shows and aren't awkward and lame.
MusicalDeviant Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 yeah, at least there's franz ferdinand,Amen. And I'm seeing Green Day when they're the supporting act, thank GOD!
amy_runs Posted May 10, 2009 Author Posted May 10, 2009 Fingers crossed Australia gets The Living End.Would go crazy if The Gaslight Anthem got support slot.I have always said they would be a good opener for Green DayIf the Aussies get TLE I'm going to cry
Boston Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 Amen. And I'm seeing Green Day when they're the supporting act, thank GOD!In that case, you have no right to complain. I have to see the goddamn Bravery. To compensate for that misery, Green Day had better hire a Boston band to play with them as well.
MusicalDeviant Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 In that case, you have no right to complain. I have to see the goddamn Bravery. To compensate for that misery, Green Day had better hire a Boston band to play with them as well.Good luck with that. I feel for you. Honestly. From the bottom of my heart.
Robin105 Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 The Bravery? ugh. Why? All shitty bands supporting them.
MusicalDeviant Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 The Bravery? ugh. Why? All shitty bands supporting them.Franz is not that shitty. And at least they're fun to listen to and like to get drunk and be snarky. Kaiser Chiefs is elevator music (IMO). There is no defending choosing the Bravery, who is the musical equivalent of FAIL.you guys are lame. You're mom goes to college.
Nimrod99 Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 I would have preferred FF... but the Bravery is cool too. I got hooked on "An Honest Mistake". I'd prefer no opening band, but it could be worse. Besides, I could always go buy my tour memorobilia when the Bravery are on.
Justice Not Charity Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 the bravery? they are so gay what the hell. i would have much rather seen franz ferdinand in philly..not this new wave shit. fuck man why is green day picking this shit as their opening act. you know....wouldnt some kickass punk band make a better opening act? i can name so many bands that would be a good opener
Samantha Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 WTF so is it only the Keiser Cheifs for the 27th ?I'm dissapointed
Mrs.Kerplunk Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 the...what??why the hell have they picked such awful bands oO god..I hope we'll got a COOL supportband for the european tour -.-
