I have to laugh when someone on here brings up how a GD song sounds like Foxboro or the Network. I mean...I know you all know it's the same guys, but for some reason you think they aren't allowed to use similar sounds which may have been written before the side project (at least in the case of Foxboro). Is it Billie's voice which is slightly different that makes you think of FHT or what?

ha, that's a good point, I think in some way they think (or the label) if they come out with a new wave record (as the network was) they'd get crucified and it will fail horribly, by making it a side thing, it takes the pressure off from Green Day, cuz let's face it Green Day is a "rock" band (whatever that means and brings), same with Foxboro, which not only took the pressure off but it was also a stopgap measure froma long 5 year wait, efficiently enough it was. And btw, EJN is not a mormon, but he will have to if he wants to marry Beth

Goddamnfuckingassholes...I hate people. They make idiotic assumptions just because they don't have the brain capacity to do any research, or to actually be informed before making stupid statements.

This coming from someone at MTV it makes sense. They hype up the new album, then try to tear it down.

Unfortunately we'll get a lot of morons who will write it of as an AI copy. It's too bad because it really isn't. And if they had the required brain cells to take in the new music it would be astonishing.
