I´ve got it as a german :-) put in the 66.11.114.121 Port 80 as your proxy server "internet options" in your ie and it works :-)

got to "extras" options --> Connections and there you can put in a proxy : 66.11.114.121 Port is 80 thats all

Edit: Hmm, I can't manage in both IE and Firefox, on Firefox it's different (which I already expected), and on IE therés nothing where I can do anything, but....dunno, stuff that doesn't look like this. Oh well, I'll just wait

after that don´t forget to demark the ProxyServer field
