But its definatly worth it.

Yeah, I think it's an awesome idea. I have been thinking about lyrics from that song as well. Seeing as how I'm getting the pocket watch tattoo I could add to it later on. It would fit in perfectly with something like "I look into the past and I want to make it last" seeing as how it'd be beside a watch :)

ahh... i just found about this stupid rule denmark have... its not legal to get a tattoo where clothes dont cover... so unless I find a tattoo artist that dont care about, i cant get any tattoos on my hands :(

(yeah I know that I still have to wait about 2 years, but still)

I'm definitely getting one in December when I finally turn eighteen, thought I'd come look for some inspiration :)

I would go somewhere that will give me one without IDing me, a lot of people in my year at school have got them, but the thing is I don't want to go to some crappy, back alley one - I'd rather pay more and get a good job and just wait till I'm eighteen.

I want something really elegant and nothing massive or on view all the time. I doubt I'll get any more tattoos other than this one, so I want to make sure it is special and I choose something that really means something to me and I know Green Day are always going to mean so much.

Hey I like your idea. The pocket watch is so cool as a design! I've been thinking that line too, but for me just "I was there" is better. Totally in love with it.

I got a tiny star outline on my right wrist just like Mike does right on my 18th birthday (I know.. I'm a dork..) and when I move out I wanna celebrate with "marching out of time / to my own beat now" or "this is the dawning of the rest of our lives" on my shoulder. I'm excited :lol:

No, I got inspired like a few hours ago and made that skecth. But maybe on the left side, a few centimetres over my belly button, or maybe on my arm. I haven't really thought about it yet and I've got three years to decide anyway. xD
