norcalgreendayfan Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 I was fairly calm today after getting tickets for 6 UK/Ireland shows during the Europe presales and 4 US/Canada shows during last week's presale. The only show I was trying for today that had me a little worried was Seattle, and it's not sold out yet. Sure glad I wasn't going for Monosodium Glutamate! That sold out so fast, and I know it was disappointing for people trying to get those. But at least there are still regular sales for that show. Hopefully everyone from here who wants to go will be able to get tickets. Good luck to everyone who still has more to try for!!!Oh, I'm so glad you got tickets! I asked the box office at the key arena in Seattle and The Forum in LA and they both told me the same thing. The only thing they didn't make clear was whether there will be a seperate line for will call people.

I don't think they noticed.LOL nice it works as long as your customer was sitting in front of you they probably didnt, luckily I ordered mine while i was helping one of the new accounts rep, while i was ordering my tickets so I was processing the deposit in to his customers new account while I ordered my tickets so it worked out wellThe MSG pre-sale was a big tougher lol just check out that thread but I got my tickets so I am happy yay yeah i heard the MSG presale tickets sold out super fast I was worried it could be the same for San Jose only cause Green Day is from Oakland so there would be all the hometown fans wanting to go

I don't think anyone noticed either .Yeah thats awesome well you deserve it with all that waiting and saving you have done and defineatly I would love to meet all the GDCers I can at the San Jose show that would be cool Ill be wearing the Green Day shirt I got from the Fox Theater show in Oakland thats for sure and to let everyone know what ill be wearing
