Itunes or CD?

I'd go for the CD. Just imagine your computer crashes and all the songs are gone although you payed for them :ninja:

That's why you back them up on your iPod. When you connect your iPod to a computer with iTunes, you can transfer your iPod songs to iTunes.

Why should she get both ?

It's kind of redundant ,like buying an iPhone while you already have an itouch and vice versa .

I don't have a clue about iTunes and iPods, because I still use a normal mp3 player, so thanks :D But anyways, a physical CD is always better.

It's more exciting if you can actually touch it.

get the cd.

I'll get the cd, and then most likely download the bonus tracks. illegally. I'm sure Green day wouldn't care, lol, they have millions, I have £25k student debt.

If you can only get one, go for the CD. Somehow I think it benefits the band more.

Otherwise, just get both.

I just prefer the physical album more, because I still like using portable CD players more than my ipod.

Ah yeah, I don't know much either because I haven't used an iPod in five years, but I do remember that.

I would get both. That's what I did. I already preordered it on Itunes and I'm going the day it comes out to get a physical copy of the CD. I'm going all out for this album. I usually don't buy singles (plus when I preordered the album I got the single) but I bought the single in Hot Topic along with 2 new shirts. I know I'm crazy.

I prefer the physical CD 'cause I can kiss it! Hahaha! :eyebrows:

John will probably give it to me for free in exchange with unlimited health care.

I'm getting both. You should do. It's nice to have the physical CD so you can display it in your collection. :D The bonus tracks are gonna leak over anyway. So as far as I'm concerned the iTunes thing only saves me the trouble of having to rip the CD to put to my iPod.

But hell, I'm getting the digital verison anyway because I ordered that vinyl special edition.

Both, but CD if you must choose.

CD all the way. it's more personal, holding the lyric booklet, going over it time after time spotting a new element in the designs and fonts.

like "woah, this album's real. its here and i have it right in my hands after waiting for so many years...and now i have it here!"

i could never bring myself to join the technological age and buy "synthetic" music. for all i know, im going backwards and collecting vinyls.

you can't "collect" downloads.
