so... if I include the many complete/incomplete live clips, the October video of them in the studio recording "viva la gloria?", and the excellent cover versions of "21 guns" and "see the light" that I heard via youtube, the only songs I have not heard anything of yet are "restless heart syndrome", and "horseshoes and handgrenades"! Only one week!

If you want to hear them, there are a few clips floating around the internet from The Independent. The drum track on the October video with Tre was from Restless Heart Syndrome, by the way.

I was so lost hearing this song live, but all of a sudden I heard/saw Mike singing. That was like a complete wake-up call for me.
