It was from an interview in a magazine where they asked Billie "when was the last time you wanted to smack someone?" Tre told the photographer to put a sticker on Billie's balls as a joke. Well the photographer said "I'll do it" and did. Billie said something like "and he hit in the balls hard. I was in serious pain and could barely stand up. I couldn't believe the guy and I wanted to smack him."
