MusicalDeviant Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Sure, Matt. Sure. I don't have to justify myself to anyone. Also, I think I must have gotten smacked up against the barrier hard last night, because my left pectoral area is bruised. It hurts! I mean my whole body is sore, but a lot of things contributed to that.
xaristotlex Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 He's developing some love handles. What?! I thought he looked really good last night! He didn't look out of shape at all. Not in the pictures people have posted, either. And, yes, I will probably go tonight, but I realized that I probably won't be able to hear them well enough from outside the venue to warrant standing around in the cold. I'll probably just hop on over there around when it ends for an hour or so.
Dylan. Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 You wanna see Billie out of shape? Look at the video of him on Conan playing Good Riddance.

It's just I see some flab.
MusicalDeviant Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 You wanna see Billie out of shape? Look at the video of him on Conan playing Good Riddance.Yes, we all know about the late-90's, early 00's Elvis phase. Must we be reminded of it? It was an unpleasant time for his figure.
Dylan. Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 ^Everyone makes it sound like he was so fat but he was probably only like 20 pounds overweight.

It's just I see some flab.Hmm. Well, then again, I was in a seat on the balcony, so I wasn't really close enough to tell, but he looked pretty thin. (p.s. I'm not a dude...)

I'm not a dude...) I was on the floor so yeah. Btw, I call everyone dude, even girls. By bad. Also, I could've gotten you into the General Admissions area. All I had to do was borrow my friend's ticket, meet you in the lobby, and let you borrow his ticket until we get inside. I met these girls who did that with some guy who was supposed to be in the balcony too but they got him in.
mandypants19 Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 His haircut did not really help to hide his chubby cheeks, either. But that's long gone; he looks good now. :-)Psshhh, Billie always looks good. Even chubby Billie, chubby Billie is just freakin adorable.

Thanks for the belated offer though. Psshhh, Billie always looks good. Even chubby Billie, chubby Billie is just freakin adorable.True, that. :-D
parinaz Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Meh, billie's out of shape. I'm emotionally attracted to him more than physically. Mike on the other hand.....I agree.
Blueisme Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 last night on earthLast Night On EarthYAY!I love last night on earth
Starbug Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 He and I now share more similar body types. Well, I don't have love handles. But whatever. We're both hot.Ewwwww. Thanks for making that into a meal that sounds really unappetizing. I don't recall love-handle hair, but I do recall a prominent treasure-trail, with a punx tattoo.I want to be that close. *shiver* And I'm not even a Billie girl... he's still adorable.
Blueisme Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Billie isn't a fucking top model so who cares if he got flab?
Welshy Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 http://oaklandfocus.blogspot.com/2009/04/b...in-oakland.htmlShe at Fox theater. Second vid down.
Hermione Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Oh please, Billie has always had some lil' love handles whatever his weight is, it's just his body type. They suit him.
Anja Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Oh, that sucks. :-pBillie Joe totally messed up the lyrics to Homecoming; the East 12th St. part. After the line "at the facility on East 12th St." he skipped the next line and went straight to "he'd rather be doing something else now," which caused him to have to sing "he had enough and she had plenty" twice. :-DOh, that was the line I was trying to remember. thank you Jason White rode by on a bike, but no one seemed to recognize him except for my mom and I, so Iyelled, "Ooowww! Jason!", and he just smiled. They played a really great set of older songs (it's funny to see people that don't know songs of off 1,039/SOSH and Dookie) and ending with "Homecoming", which was fucking awesome, considering it's my favorite song off of AI.I did I saw him coming by on his bike, I just wasn´t 100% sure if it was him because of the hat and the sunglasses he wore. Those kind of people were so annoying. When they finished "Going to pasalacqua", the guy behind me asked me from which album this was and when I told him it was from the first one, he went like: "Oh, that´s explains it." Ironically, he dressed up as Billie Joe, well, let´s say, he tried to. He painted his eyes black and wore a black shirt with a red tide as Billie used to do during the AI era. Where can I find Andres preview?
J'net Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Here's the review that I'm writing off the top of my head in between some downtime at work. That was great, Andres! Just the kind of stuff I wanted to hear. Thanks so much for taking the time to write it!Which reminds me, i don't think I've ever seen so much of Billie. i was pretty sure his pants were about to fall off.His pants are always about to fall off. I've started to believe he wears them that way on purpose. AFter all, he wrote that song about it ... "Somebody take my pants, I think they're falling off (into a state of regression)." Okay, I admit I don't understand the part about the state of regression, but he obviously knows his pants are falling off.

Andres' review is on page 9, I believe.
stjimmysgirl221 Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 This was the best concert I have gone to, and I've to a lot of cool concerts. Though i found it funny that there was a bunch of people older than my dad there and my dad did go with me. I kinda wished the played some older songs though, o well im still on high from the show lol
