Yeah that's what I voted for as well. But I don't think they ever lost their cajones. If anything, a song like American Idiot is the definition of ballsy. No one knew how that would play out, criticizing a (at the time) popular president and saying Americans are basically idiots. However, EJN does take it further as you will have religious fanatics all over bitching, which will attract people who despise organized religion and ultimately sell more albums.

I haven't heard all the songs so I'm just chosing based on the demo of 21st Century Breakdown and the live versions of Viva La Gloria and Murder City on youtube

But out of them, Viva La Gloria seems like it'd make a great single

Im probably wrong on htis, but because of the album being called 21 CB, I assumed that 21st Century Breakdown would be the first single but the band changed it because it got leaked and spoiled it, i dont know, so I would like to hear that one as the next single, but Viva La Gloria (Little Girl) seems like a good one to release

Perhaps...but I think they pretty much intended on KYE as the lead single because it's like Minority a bit in it's theme. Remember Minority was the lead off of Warning, and Warning was released as the 2nd single. Could be similar here.

Unfortunately there aren't any good bootlegs of that yet. There is a full recording of the first show someone here posted (its like 40 minutes) but I'm not sure if 21 Guns is in there. Plus its not the greatest quality.

It´s in there, it was named wrong though. I think the guy who ripped it named it "Static age"
