Zalex Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 right. from the shitty germany. i hate it =DHey, at least Tre learned to play the accordian there!I would know... I asked him on the idiot club in 06
madie Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 I agree completely! I love it when Billie does that too. I think that if I went to a Green Day concert and Billie told everyone not to record anything or take pictures, I'd respect that enough to not do it. I mean, yeah, getting pictures and video is nice, but we don't need it. The album's coming out really soon anyway. Idk....I just think that it's disrespectful and rude to the band members if people record things and take pictures, even when the band says not to. :/Yeah, if you're lucky enough to be there you should enjoy the moment, not try and save it for later
amy_runs Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 if green day says no, im sooooo not gonna be their fan anymore.i could kill to get this feed working againThen you are not a 'true' fan.

Modern Zero. Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 Yeah, if you're lucky enough to be there you should enjoy the moment, not try and save it for laterExactly.Cause I mean, Green Day is performing so passionately for their fans, work so hard to have a good performance, and their fans are just standing there with their cell phones and cameras, too focused on getting a good video or trying not to get a blurry picture, they forget to just enjoy the moment. I mean, I've taken pictures at a concert before (where they allowed cameras) and I took a lot of pictures, but now I regret it, because by taking all those pictures, I didn't enjoy the band's performance, and it seemed like they were only on for like 10 seconds, it went by so fast. :/ So that's why I'm not taking pictures or a video recorder to a Green Day concert. I just want to enjoy every second of it
marie1986 Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 taking pictures is just fun to remember them...and to be like I WAS THERE...and to make us feel more special lol
alexandrez Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 OMGHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHnow, seriously, i wish they would've at least made it very clear from the start that there would be no feed, instead of giving us hope.that is just mean.
JAS0N Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 Not sure if this was posted earlier but here is the link to the audio feed which you can open in itunes and it will play if they turn it on when the band comes on:http://www.dnalounge.com/webcast/128.m3u
mandypants19 Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 I think not broadcasting their entire concert is a perfectly reasonable move, it seems some of you guys are overreacting just a tad. Even though we are green day's fans, they are not obligated to give us their entire new album via the internet. it's their music, they get to decide how they want it heard, not us.
amy_runs Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 Honestly, I would be surprised if they did stream it.
mandypants19 Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 Honestly, I would be surprised if they did stream it.as would I.
Eirik Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 Honestly, I would be surprised if they did stream it.Same here.. :/

amy_runs Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 netik: At DNA lounge shooting green day. Never before has DNA been so professionally locked down. Stadium crew and tons of security like old times!
JAS0N Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 Honestly, I would be surprised if they did stream it.I'd be more than surprised....I have no doubt it won't be but i'm holding out hope anyway but I really don't think there's a chance in hell it will be. If anything they may turn on the video feed but no audio. I have the itunes audio feed and the justin.tv video feed both open just in case though.
