Milo Goes To Pasalacqua Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Really intrigued with all the descriptions, but i'm interested with what Static Age and Horshoes and Handgrenades have to offer in particular.
green_spook Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 I'm not sure I can wait anymore for the album...But if 5 years pased away from American Idiot I will try to resist until 15th ... Beautiful review
Welshy Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Thats awesome. They also confirmed the two parts of American Eulogy.http://www.dailyfreepress.com/remmert-actu...diots-1.1650825I found this too, its pretty shitty and I wasn't sure to post it, or know where to put it. But I did, and who ever wrote it sucks and is not my friend.
Katarina. Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Thanks for posting!Gah, I just want to hear the record!

But I did, and who ever wrote it sucks and is not my friend.Who ever wrote this is a clown. I mean there is just no substance to what he is saying at all. I'd like to see his poor efforts at writing a song. He is probally one of these people who likes nothing more that 4hour guitar solos that mean nothing.
farley drexel hatcher Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 I'm thinking 'Static Age' is the song that was playing in the studio video when they focused on that radio, since it's supposed to be 'Beach Boys ish'Thanks for posting

J'net Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Thanks, Andres, but now I'm wondering about Restless Heart Syndrome. The last article with song info led me to believe that it's not closing the second act, and now this leads me to believe that it's not opening this act. So where is it? Since they played it at the Independent, surely it's going to be on the album. My restless heart just needs to know ... (and you know why!).Edit - and the review posted over in the thread re the Independent Show shows it as opening the third act (I'm not sure that review didn't just copy the list from somewhere, though).
Eirik Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Thanks, Andres, but now I'm wondering about Restless Heart Syndrome. (and you know why!).It was probably on the third act then, and the second act now. I think they've just changed its placement.
J'net Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 It was probably on the third act then, and the second act now. I think they've just changed its placement. So, you replied before I edited my post ... the Spin mag review says it opens the third act - now I'm just confused . That song has a really appropriate name - it's too restless to just stay in one place!
Eirik Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 ^I think Anja said H&H opened the third act, not Restless. :/ I'm not sure though.
Eirik Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 I guess they got rid of Drama Queen.Well, there's always b-sides eh?
Kate Austen Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Damn, this is only making me more anxious to hear this.
Dylan. Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Well, there's always b-sides eh?Well, I heard the live version........I'm not THAT disappointed.
greendepent Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 I'm sick of reading; I wanna listen me too...and i don't belive anyting about the reviews, I want my own opinion...
Dylan. Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 me too...and i don't belive anyting about the reviews, I want my own opinion...you have earned yourself a gold star for rebellion.
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 Thats awesome. But I did, and who ever wrote it sucks and is not my friend.Okay...I respect other people's opinions, but they are really only three middle-class white kids who can’t play their instruments (....) Green Day doesn’t know how to write music is just not true. That writer is an idiot. Oh, and he wrote Billie's name wrong, several times. I always seem to notice that x)
Juan Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 thanks, it seems that Drama Queen won't be on the album
JAS0N Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 From what i've heard, Horseshoes (the song) does not sound anything like American Idiot (the song) as indicated in this article.
